It’s time, once again, for an activity check! Our first one of the year, too! For those of you familiar with the process, you can skip right to it, but for the rest of you (or if you just want a refresher on what this is about) you can…{Click Here!}
Every now and then, we need to do some general maintenance to keep the site less cluttered, and so we have to make a check of which members, characters, and Devil Fruits are still in use. These “Check-Ins” are how we do this. Active members can simply complete the templates provided with links of their characters’ and Devil Fruits’ profiles that they wish to keep, so we can then filter through and clear out the unused concepts—Devil Fruits especially benefit from this as old and unused fruits are then able to be recycled and re-imagined!
Because we know the nature of forum roleplay can vary from slow to fast paced and that life, in all its glory, can sometimes throw a wrench in the works, we don’t require activity from each and every character. What we’ll always ask for is proof of activity from the member—a single post from a thread made within a specific time frame of the Check-In’s end date (usually a two month period).January-February 2021 Check-InAll you’ll need to do is copy the below templates for each Original Character and Devil Fruit you own and wish to keep, complete them, and post them in a reply to this thread! You’ll also need to provide us with a link to a single post you have made with one of your characters (NPCs do not count). This post must have been made after December 15th 2020, 12:00 AM (EST) in order to count——posts made before this time will not be accepted as proof of activity. Any in-character post made during this Check-In period will also count as proof of activity if provided.
Note:— Any Original Character or Devil Fruit approved since December 15th 2020, 12:00 AM (EST) will be automatically counted and will not need to be checked in! This includes new approvals made during the Check-In!Check-In Templates
At the top of your post, please complete the following form with the information required:[b]Member Name:[/b] (Enter your username here.)
[b]Activity Link:[/b] (Please provide a link to an in-character post you’ve made within the required timeframe.)
For each approved Original Character you are checking in, please copy and complete the following form:[b]Character Name:[/b] (Enter the character’s name.)
[b]Original Profile Link:[/b] (Provide the link to the original profile here.)
[b]Updated Profile Link:[/b] (If the character has an updated profile, link it here.)
Last, but not least, please complete the following form for each approved Devil Fruit you own:[b]Devil Fruit Name:[/b] (Enter the Devil Fruit’s name.)
[b]Profile Link:[/b] (Add the link to the Devil Fruit here.)
Note:— If you are checking in multiple characters and Devil Fruits, please make sure to keep the characters and Devil Fruits separated, as this makes it much easier for us to filter through. Ideally, please group your characters first, then your Devil Fruits at the bottom of your post. For example, if you have three characters and two Devil Fruits, you would complete all three character forms first, then place the two Devil Fruit forms below that. Thanks!Check-In Deadline
This Check-In will run from now until February 15th, 11:59 PM (EST). Any original characters and Devil Fruits that are not submitted before the deadline will be Archived.
