Personality:
-Fall From Grace: Years of working away at the collective debts of his former crew has soured Kebara’s disposition. The once bright-eyed and happy-go-Lucky individual has slowly grown to be more cynical and jaded as the years went on.
-Pirate’s Heart: Kebara’s heart yearns for the freedom of his former life; One where he can sail the world with his friends and not have to answer to anybody. Because of this, he is usually slow on the draw when responding to conflicts as he tends to try and relate with Pirates a bit easier than most Marines believe they can. He still holds resentment over the Marines and the World Government as a whole but continues to work with them in order to clear the bounties of his former crew.
-Respect to a Degree: Kebara still holds a great disdain for Marines, despite his new job of having to work with them. He has managed to keep his strong emotions against them in check for the sake of his job, though he harbors deep grudges for those who try to undermine or downplay his efforts simply because he used to be a pirate.
Appearance: Kebara stands at 6’2” with a fit physique, his muscles remaining well toned despite switching over to a more laid-back lifestyle and his skin retains its subtle tan from all of his previous sailing adventures. His eyes are dark and are most often seen with dark circles around them from prolonged cases of lack of sleep. His hair is a cobalt blue, usually kept long and shaggy, generally tied back, save for a few notable strands in the front that typically hang in front of his eyes. A stitched scar runs across his left eye and partially up his forehead, a wound he received after his first few years in the marines.
Having turned over to the marines, Kebara was instructed he had to retain some semblance of a uniform despite moving up the ranks to a position that granted officers more freedom. His wears a white buttoned shirt with the sleeves typically rolled up to his elbows beneath a burgundy red dress vest with a dark tie sitting loosely around his neck. He sports his white Marine jacket over his shoulders. Around his waist is a cobalt blue colored decorative sash, a memento he clings to from his pirate life. Despite protests from other officers, Kebara has made an effort to claim its use to keep his scabbard around his hip.
Traits:
-Inhuman Strength: Thanks to natural bulk or intense training regimes, you have physical might that far surpasses the human norm. You can lift boulders and other great weights that no normal man could hope to.
-Inhuman Toughness: Years of traveling the world experiencing the harshest of conditions and rival pirate crews bolstered Kebara’s tolerance to pain and ability to withstand against powerful abilities.
-Inhuman Reflexes: Despite his ever-tired appearance, Kebara's ability to react and avoid dangers have remained as sharp as ever since his time as the Captain of the Red Wolves.
-Insomniac (Negative Trait): A recent development in the last 5 years of his life, Kebara suffers from an inability to easily fall asleep. He is left feeling exhausted at almost all hours of the day.

Focus: Sheathed Sword Style
Rank: 1

Background:
Kebara’s and born and raised in the East Blue. His early adolescence years remained pretty uneventful until he, like many others before him, became enamored with the stories of Gol D. Roger and his adventurous lifestyle. The young Kebara made it his life goal to live free and seek adventure beyond the horizon. He started small, working alongside bigger pirates until he was capable of venturing out on his own. By age 17, he had left the crew he had joined prior to make a name for himself.
As time went on, Kebara began to grow in infamy like many pirates did, amassing himself a sizable crew along the way, as well as a ship named The Salty Dog. He and his crew became known to the world as the Red Wolves Pirates, and like dozens of other pirate crews before them, they set their eyes towards the Grand Line. For years the Red Wolves ventured back and forth along the Grand Line, amassing themselves a large fortune and notorious reputation. Before the crew could even turn their eyes to the new world, the marines managed to close in on their whereabouts. The Red Wolves Pirates faced a division of marines led by a young Captain Vaun before even reaching Sabaody, the resulting conflict being their last.
Upon capture, Vaun pleaded with the Marine Captain to spare his crew, let he who issued the orders be the one to face the punishment alone. Vaun knew he didn’t have the power to allow such a deal to be struck at the time and still arrested the whole crew. Once they arrived to port, Kebara was led into the courts to answer for his crimes of privacy. He pleaded with the judge that he should be the one to face the gallows alone, believing himself to be responsible for their actions alone. Unable to keep watching the pirate captain try and throw his own life away for the sake of his crew, Vaun then stepped up at the trial and proposed an ultimatum; Kebara’s crew would be let free only if he joined the marines and worked off the collective bounties of he and his crew. Vaun figured that someone willing to go as far as take the punishment for his entire crew might serve as a grand example for possible habilitation of prisoners. Kebara initially was ready to outright refuse such an offer but seeing how his alternative was death for he and the Red Wolves, he decided to swallow his pride and take the proposal. Despite sticking his neck out for the Wolves and being set free to start a life anew, many of his now former crew mates felt Kebara betrayed them for giving in and joining with the marines.
Further rules were implemented to Kebara’s sentence before he officially joined in with the Marines. Firstly, he was to always be under constant supervision from Vaun himself in order to make sure he stayed in line and didn’t revert to his old ways. Second, no matter how high he would rise he was not allowed to take on command of any enlisted individual. Third, his sword was to have a lock installed to prevent him from ever drawing his weapon on somebody while having to find alternative measures of apprehending pirates and other criminals. The key to this lock would be given to his most immediate commanding officer. Finally, if any of his crew continued to defy the World Government, any additions made to their bounties would be added onto Kebara’s own sentence.
Kebara spent the next several years of his life working extremely hard to pay off his sentence. Many of the other officers that would took command of him would throw him through the most of rigorous tasks they had, knowing full well that refusal from him would worsen his sentence. Despite fighting tooth and nail, Kebara did manage to slowly rise through the ranks, his punishments from other senior officers only grow worse as he carried on. Once he had been made Warrant Officer he was placed directly back underneath Vaun’s command, his progress seeming to have stagnated a bit since then. Many believed he had become unmotivated as his daunting task finally began to truly weigh down upon him. Despite this, he hasn’t completely given up on his promise and plans to pay off the sum so that he may return to the life of freedom he yearns for once more.
