Rouge Town: A symbol of marine presence within the East blue, not to mention its considered capital as far as pirates are concerned. The Home of Torin, leader of the Hard-Hats, found by Taro, Second-hand to the Hard-Hats. This landmark town and Gold D. Rodgers resting place has already seen the spark of the Hard-Hat's ignite and escape its shores, with Captain Brick through command of Harley Rose, a high-standing east blue marine who has been on the Hard-Hat's tail since its creation by setting Captain Hawke on their tracks, which slowly turned into a personal obsession of his. The Hard-Hat's have returned with many more people than the Commander had predicted, and with this being the only obstacle between them and the Grand-Line, he worries further more in the Rouge-town marine base, the last line of defence against the Hard-Hat menace.

'Oooh!~ This is terrible!'
An exaggerated waving of pink armoured arms followed the high shriek of Commander Harley Rose, assortments in his lightly coloured room flying left right and center as he turns back to the large bearded man standing on the other side of his desk, arms folded as he waited patiently for Rose to finish his little sissy fit. 'I propose we tackle them head on, send out a few ships to deter them before they even head into the dock.. I will personally see to-' The man was quickly halted by Rose franticly waving his hand back and forth in decline of the idea. 'Nonono!~ We just can't let them be seen as a menace in front of everyone! The moment we put up our guard, everything could go wrooong!~' His dragged out plea of faliure reduced him to hide his head on his desk as he fell back into his fluffy chair. He rose from behind his armoured hands with a dark and menacing face. 'But if we wait, let them settle and disperse, they will each go about their travels as if nothing is wrong.. And then we Destroy! Them! One! By! One!' Each word caused suffering to his desk as he slammed hi armoured fist against the Hard-Hat's newest wanted posters, pointing to brick as his blonde quiff boinged out of place in numerous areas. 'Deal with this Captain Brick! Or I'll have Hawke deal with it for you!' Brick simple nodded as he left the office, grabbing a large metal glove from the side of the door as he departed, leaving Rose to spin and mumble to himself in his chair.Meanwhile, only a short distance away from the docks of Rouge-town, the Jolly Jericho approaches with Torin eagerly awaiting the docking procedure at the front of the ship. With a fresh newspaper he had obtained from mister helpful newspaper bird.. As Torin likes to call him, he reads eagerly through their adventures all over the pages as they approach the docks.
'Thirty two thousand!?'
Torin spun on Jericho's helmet before falling back onto the ship, upside down as his grin nearly covered his entire face. 'I mean! I know we kinda destroyed.. Lots.. But wow!' Quickly to ponder over the new image, he poked away at his head in confusion. 'I wasn't wearing my helmet? That was at Conomi then!' It was a bit weird thinking someone was watching them the whole time there as well, and a marine no doubt. And Taro's bounty and Fox's bounty and.. Muka's's bounty.. Ooo~' Glancing at the picture Imuka had for her wanted poster, Torin found it rather fancy as he clamped each new poster onto the wall of fame. 'Jeez, we're so damn awesome now.. The whole East Blue's 'gotta know about us by now!' For a guy who the day before claimed to have no real motive behind his piracy, he was starting to sound a little hypocritical, but it wasn't so much the bounty which got him going.. More the idea of making so much progress personally, and as a crew. 'Oh! Oh! Turn here! I 'gotta special place just for you Jericho.' He said in an oddly non-Torin way as he steered the ship away from the docks and around the side into a small cluster of buildings.
'Little Vent! I thought I'd be seeing you soon enough!'
A large voice bellowed from the confines off the narrow water path, an equally large man following up behind it as he flung his large arms back and forth in what could only be seen as his attempt to wave in order to signal Torin's direction. 'Noah! Long time no see!' Torin lined the boat up to dock in a small port area just around the corner from the official dock, jumping out as he smacked the anchor with his shovel on the way down, it following Torin to the ground with a crash as the large man threw it into the water, following up with a large manly hug as he caught Torin in his decent. 'You've gotten big lad! What have you been eating since you've been gone!?' Torin eeped from the lack of air as he was slowly placed back down onto the ground, levelling the height of them both simply showed how much of a large circular man he was in comparison to skinny lanky Torin, 'I should say the same to you, you look at least one hundred pounds lighter.' The man's laugh bounced off the small docking bay, it being easily one of the most heartfelt things Torin had ever heard.. This guy was basically happy incarnate. 'Right you are lad! And still a lot to lose! Ho ho!' providing the finishing touches to the ship the large man known as Noah made sure the ship wasn't going anywhere before greeting the rest of the crew.
'And these must be the Hard-Hat's, the marines menace! The rookies of the East-Blue!' Torin chuckled at the thought of their popularity, trying not to let it get to his head was a lot harder than he had first imagined, though accomplishment wasn't exactly second nature to Torin either. 'So it's okay if we leave the ship here until we're ready to head out?' The man nodded, giving the ship a quick look around as he stroked his beard inquisitively. 'This is a rather nice ship you have too, and to think you left this place on a little merchant ship with what looked like a bullet wound..' Torin slumped after hearing the recollection of his amazing escape. 'Everyone saw that, didn't they..' Noah nodded once more followed by a signature heartfelt chuckle before changing the subject. 'Now don't dawdle around the streets too long! There are some prices on all of your heads! don't want you stirring up a fuss just as you arrived.' Torin understood where he was coming from it was nice enough to have one of the old mans friends help them out even when it could be risking his high position in the Rouge-town marine base, but he was an excellent shipwright, and a trust-worthy friend. Exiting the small hide-a-way Torin emerged in the market area of the city, squeaking and giggling at everything not changing in the slightest. 'Okay guys! I'm pretty sure you said you had some stuff to do.. So I'll leave you too it, I'd say don't make a..' He scratched the back of his head, what was once common sense beckoning to him now became something which simply would not happen. 'Just don't make TOO much of a mess, we'll regroup in the square if anything goes wrong.. And I'm pretty sure we'll notice when someone starts raising hell, were wanted after all!' The stupidity of screaming his status wasn't the least of his worries any more, he had places to check, people to see! So much to do so little time!
He was home!
