With a strong yet gentle gust of wind blowing through the rugged feathers the moment truly is a blissful one. High up in the blue sky, with a scorching hot sun drenching the dusty dry land with its eternal warmth it was the perfect contrast between the harshness of the land and the peace it served. This truly was the ideal sky for any feathered creature to soar through, including the wise Kuja marine who just happened to be scouting out the dry island near Winchester Island. Despite of its small size it still held so many mysteries among the few mountains in the distance. The Warrant Officer squinted down at the ground, with her incredible keen eyes she scanned the landmarks for anything that stood out like a sore thumb.
With only a couple of flaps she held herself so far up into the air that it was practically impossible for any human being to look up into the sky and see her, the perfect place to spy on unwelcoming individuals. Earlier in her daily flight shift she noticed an unrecognizable ship docked on the far east of the island, coincidentally behind the large masses of mountains. It might've just been her breakfast, but she had a gut feeling that such a ship was up to no good. With that in mind she tried to seek those who arrived from the unidentified ship, but so far she saw not a single living soul. She might just have to descend a bit, just to get a better look at the corners and edges of the mountain for any potential cave or hideout.
Zyna went far down, but yet quite the distance away from the ground, now with her eyes locked at the side of the tallest mountain of this island, a red dusty mountain with nothing but a few twig trees sticking out.
'Odd, hopefully they didn't take a visit to the abandoned town, or I might just have to land on the ground and scout out the houses. But why would anyone ever visit this place? Likely pirates who's on the run and took the nearest island as a hiding spot, typical pirates..'
