Sulked and sniffled far up in the air, throat sore and nose running, the emotional vulture didn't know where to focus her eyes at. Just staring forward she kept trying to find reason, like a broken record on repeat.
However, in her sorry state she let her eyes hover down slowly, her wings feeling mighty heavy and not as fast. It was at that point Zyna has forgotten all the pain occuring on her body, it all didn't matter in these last few minutes. When she thought she found someone to be close to they are already gone, a touch towards her traumatic episode with her former captain.
'Why even bother' she thought to herself, eyelids gently closing, she allowed her wings to stand still, letting the weight of her body claim her.
'What?'
Through the thick layer of wind and dust, the voice came through. Zyna slowly opening her eyes back, starting with curiousity, to revelation, to full of hope. It was just as her body began to fall down when Willo's bravery struck the amazoness.
''W-willo- Willo! Willoooo!!! WILLOOOOOO!''
In her eyes, Willo stood like a hero, facing the merciless with nothing but her will and body. Not even the embarrassing lack of pants stood out for Zyna, the young archeologist inspired the marine!
Straightening her wings, dropping faster and faster Zyna squinted her eyes, watching Willo take on the crew with her fury! Zyna felt obligated to join this instant! But she knew her body couldn't handle it anymore. Right now only the wind and momentum were moving her, one final attempt of an attack.
''PREPARE YOURSELF PIRATES! FOR AS LONG WILLO FIGHT THEN SO SHALL I!''
Faster and faster, wings slicing the air like fine butter, she took aim, curving more upwards and taking aim at the group. As Willo fought while surrounded Zyna locked her sight right for Von Bark. But not out of anger anymore, but for Willo. The young marine finally saw clear, to whats important.
''HAAAAAAAAAH!''
With a long shout she slowly curved more and more until she flew in a horizontal path. With no brakes she rammed right at the stomach of the pirate captain, with a force enough to knock the soul out from his mouth! Even if it hurt her badly she put her entire body into it, pushing him out from the scene of the fighting and far out. As the distance grew she angled her wings, starting to ascend fast and dangerously high up. Whatever Von Bark did while being brought up could never make the ironwill of Zyna waver, for whatever Von Bark was about to experience would not compare in the slightest.
''Remember this..''
She briefly commented right as the speed withered away, and Zyna transforming back to her human form. Clenching her fist she charged it up and rose it high up.
''Remember this as a lesson, TO NEVER TOUCH MY FRIENDS!''
Slamming down she planted her fist tight and brutally against the vile man's jaw from the underside, launching his body straight downward like a human bomb into the ground below!
Watching Von Bark descend faster than a bullet Zyna gasped in abruptly and out with haste, she held her breath the entire trip, a way of fooling the body to keep going. But now, she felt completely still, starting to fall down with a limp body as she watched the sky.
''...mngh, thanks for the adventure, friend.''
