After Torin taking an injury from their new enemy Captain Brick, he and his newly found friend Taro the musician set sail in quite a haste away from the marine occupied waters of Rouge town. With Torin's arm incapacitated and no direct route, Taro and the recovering Torin push forward into the blue unknown, Taro trying his best to manage their new ship with small
support. With an unknown coarse and no navigation, days later Taro spots the first small island seen in a while, and with steady wind and water manages to pull the boat to shore, in hope of seeking aid and refuge.

'What-the-whos-the!?'
Torin's resting self found it justified to blurt out a chain of words as the ship came to a stop with a bed-falling thump, Torin went to lift himself from the mangled position beside his bed when he remembered the wound he had taken from their daring escape from Rouge town. He lifted himself into a more comfortable position before leaning against the bed, dragging the medical supplies he he left underneath the bed as he went to re-bandage his wounds. He couldn't help but recollect what happened days before, Taro must presume that his dreams of begin a pirate are coming in large and strong, Torin wasn't really sure what was going on.
What he did back there seemed to have not been himself.. Well the adventurous part was simply an urge inside him waiting to explode, but facing the marines, a group in which his guardian all through his life had served and felt obliged to protect, was something Torin had not inherited at all. His life in confinement was not his natural calling, and he settled the events simply under what his inner-self desired, and arguing with yourself is pretty stupid. So he was to begin living life as a pirate? Then what were his goals, his motive? His dream? Many things were left unanswered though could not be settled in a small session of talking with himself. And he decided to leave it to chance to plot his new lifestyle.
With a hiss of pain and a pulling of the final stream of bandages he had once again loosely covered his wound, he knew it would always be harder to treat himself in comparison to another but this was just plain silly. He heaved himself up from the floor, picking up a bucket of used bandages collected over the past few days and set outside to see what the whole commotion was about, he took his time. If it was anything major he was sure Taro would be the first to yell about it in song.. Or screaming..
The sun's rays allowed Torin to view the island as if it was unveiling itself, slowly adjusting to the lighting he looked over the small village which occupied its equally small island, he realised Taro had manage to put the ship at the dock, with only a few bumps and bruises on the ship.. Didn't know he had it in him, as all he did was sleep and play music in the birds nest. He tilted his head as a man and woman began to walk down to the small dock with what looked like cautious glares, as Torin hopped out of the ship to greet them. 'I'm sure we look incredibly intimidating, but I assure you we mean no harm.' He said sarcastically as the woman's expression changed to shock as she caught sight of Torin's wound, rushing over and taking the bucket of bandages off his hands. 'Oh look at you! You can barely walk!' Torin chuckled as he placed the newly free hand against the back of his head. 'Took a bit of a nasty bite. I'm sorry if we caused any scare.' The old man stepped forward as he put on a whole-hearted grin. 'Don't worry boy, we've seen a fair share bigger ship than yours cross over that horizon I assure you.' Torin looked to the man with an inquisitive brow-raise. 'Sounds like story's worth telling.' The man nodded as he began to shuffle back into town. 'I'm sure miss Andale would be more than happy to treat your wounds with a veterans touch, you are welcome to stay here for as long as you like.'
Torin sighed in relief, presuming Taro had gotten the same idea he walked into town, accompanied by the woman as he was taken to a home not too far from the dock. The woman sat him down as she was quick to cut away at the bandages before beginning to apply ointments and new bandages. 'Oh look at what you have done to yourself, this could have healed so much faster if you had applie-' Torin was quick to mimic her next few words. '-A bruising agent and kept pressure on the wound?' The woman looked shocked for a moment, before returning to her welcoming smile. 'A boy of medicine I see.' Torin chuckled a little at the compliment. 'Well when you are dealing with big pointy rocks and even pointier equipment you have to be prepared.'
As she gave it a closer examination Miss Andale looked to Torin as this clearly no bite wound. 'Well as long as you are sure to keep it clean and don't make a fuss with it you have done the best you can considering your condition.' Torin replied with a small smile as he knew what she was talking about, this town must see its fair share of mishaps, and to cause a stir wouldn't be a good idea. 'Well I'd have my friend help me but I've seen his crafting skills with his instruments.. I felt more comfortable tending to myself.' A small giggle came from the hard at work woman as Torin decided to leave her to it, glancing out her window at the peaceful town, wondering what Taro has been planning in his small time being here.
