Just as the voice on the other side of the receiver had recommended, this island was the perfect place to setup base. Large parts of the land were said to inhabited and those that were on this island were unable to leave. There was little to no civilization for it was so high up, it would be almost impossible to build anything here without importing the goods.
The high altitude would also make it better for his troops to train for training in such environments was known to increase the red blood supply of the body allowing you to become faster and gain stamina when you would return to sea-level. Lucci and the crew had escaped from Rogue-Town having rescued and recruited Kuro successfully as well as taming the stow-away puppet, Kai. According to his source, there should be an old abandoned base already set-up somewhere within the depths of this island. An underground base was that much more difficult to find and a perfect place to seek refuge when being hunted. Although this wasn't something Lucci prefered, but it was better to play safe and cautious. Should one of his team-mates find themselves in trouble, they could always return here.
The island was set-up pretty high and they all noticed it upon arrival. The only way to get their would have to be to use the Rokushiki technique of Geppou otherwise known as moon-stepping. Since most of them were masters of the Rokushiki techniques, it would allow them to gain the height required to reach the island. This was perfect for those pursuing them would come to a dead end at this point.
"This is the place where we will set-up base. I think it shouldn't be a problem for any of us in getting to the top of this island. Kaku, make sure the ship is in a safe but discreet place. Nobody should know we are on this island apart from us." Lucci's orders were straight-forward. He then leaped into the air before flitting in sharp and precise jumps, one after the other, moon-stepping the distance to the top of the island. He lead the way for the others to follow his lead. None of them had visited this island before and weren't sure what to expect.
(OOC: I got a cool idea for a posting order from Shade. Basically there is no posting order, just post whenever you think you are up. Just make sure you give everybody enough time and space to respond to certain things that happen in the plot.)
