Mado Mado no Mi
English Name: Window Window Fruit
Classification: Paramecia
Owned By:– Ahiga
Appearance: The fruit resembles an oversized pear, as large as a watermelon. It's peel is transparent, revealing light blue flesh underneath. With a magnifying glass, one could probably spot the thin white swirls on the transparent outside, but the flesh itself riddled with a white cloud pattern.
Ability: The user of the Mado Mado no Mi becomes a window human - he can create glass windows on any solid surface by swiping across it, as well make them disappear again. These windows have a couple of benefits.
First of all, it makes the surface see-through.
Secondly, anyone can easily shatter a thus created window. No concrete walls can hold the user back, since he can simply create a window on it and break through there. This even works on living beings, including himself. Once a window has been shattered, it turns back into the shattered version of the previous material seconds later, leaving a wall destroyed or a body badly damaged. If he were to, for example, create a window on a person's chest and shatter it, it would break their ribcage in multiple spots.
The third use is less obvious. The Mado Mado no Mi's windows become connected: Anything that enters one side comes out another. The user himself can concentrate on which one of his windows he wants to come out of. Anything else, provided it's not in contact with Ahiga's body somehow, will simply randomly exit one of his windows. Just like with the point above, this makes both of used windows vanish shortly afterwards and leave shattered pieces of the original material.
Finally, theres a variation on the third aspect of the fruit. Should a window be created right on somebody's eye, they can see what happens on the other side of a second window. Of course this is risky, as anything going through this second window would destroy the viewers eyeball.
Weaknesses:
Standard Devil Fruit Weaknesses
Any window that light cannot fall through is rendered useless. It cannot be seen through or used as a portal, only shattered.
Liquids blur the windows. Should a window be covered in stains or drops of any liquid, the user cannot consciously use it as a portal, but can only attempt to use it at random, just like anyone else would have to.
Furthermore, should it be covered in clean water (not muddled up by anything else, i.e. beer, tea, soda etc.), the water makes the light falling through the window break. This results in any creature using a window like this as a portal will have their limbs randomly swapped. This effect can be fixed by jumping through a 'clean' window.
The windows can be shattered or used as a portal by anyone, easily destroying any plans to use them the user might have had.
Finally, the window frames are made of wood. Wood, that rots away within a day, so the user cannot use his ability to travel great distances.
