On their way to Logue Town

The medium sized marine ship rumbled back and forth in the wintery air as it became warmer and warmer in the air.

"Hmm, bout time we left this damn wasteland..." Marcus said, despite lying that he didnt love the cold. He walked unto the deck from the bow and paced around repeatedly, his footsteps echoing on the hard wood of the ship. "How long till we even get there?" He looked towards his first mate who he had just picked up, despite him having 'lost' the battle. He was a man with a special Devil Fruit power, paramecia at that. Hone Hone no Mi, or, Bone Bone Fruit. It allowed his first mate Hoenn, to use his bones in many ways and make them as hard as diamonds, if not harder. But his punch was still able to damage the bones.

"We need a bigger crew very soon.. we should pick up a few at Logue Town then sail around West blue. I keep hearing rumors about strong people out there, and if its true I want them to join. Then, we'll go into the Grandline." He smirked evilly and tightened his fist roughly and looked into the sky.

Hoenn was laying on the rail letting the warm light hit his body "this is a lot better than that frozen hell hole" he said enjoying the warmth. He looked at bhis new captain as he aked him a question "I dont no I never been to lougetown." He sat up on the wooden rail and sighed "I was born on the grand line shabody archipeligo I just left there so I guess were gonna recrute some people before we go back."

He cracked his neck and said " It would probly be eaier if we pick up a navagator before we do anything else and get some provisions for the trip." He pointed a finger at the sky and it was shaped as a L and he said "Bang" as he shot a bone bullet from his finger. "Might as well calm down cause were not gonna get there any time soon" The bullet came back down and he caught it in his hand. He layed back down and put his music box on his stomach and began cranking it and sat there quilty as the sad melody came out. After the song finished he looked at the man "do we have anymore saki or did we already finsih it all?"

Throwing him the bottle of half empty Sake from the ground and said, "Grand Line? Thats impressive." On the horizon, but still quite a distance away, laid Logue Town. He smirked softly and said, "Speak of the devil. Should be there in a few hours... "

Relaxing on the Deck once more, he smiled and said, "I can Navigate until we get one.. I'm pretty experienced at it. Heh heh heh heh... I hear theres an awfully big marine base in there. What say we trash it after we pick up a few fighters?" he grinned more and more as his eyes reflected distruction, pure, red, glowing destruction in its purest form. Taking up his gloves and fastening them unto his hands, he did a few rounds of Shadow boxing out of anticipation,

"This is going to be fun..." He smiled softly towards Hoenn and told him, "So you were born in the Saboady Archipelago... I've heard a lot of rumors about that place... espcially regarding human slavery.." He said, even he was against such things and hated the people behind it almost as much as Marines. He scolwed and looked unto the distance repeatedly, wishing the hours would fly by.

He looked at him when he said he had experiance navagating a boat "well that encouraging" he said holding the bottle in his riight hand. He put away his music box as he uncorked the bottle and took a swig of the liquid and said " you can go ahead and settle down right now" he stood up "we should find crew members first then get provisions for the ship you can do what you want afterwards but you have to think these kinds of things through if your the captain."

He put the bottle to his lips and began drinking it down untill nothing is left "cause I'm going to need a lot more saki if Im gonna be stuck with ya for this whole trip." He threw the bottle over the deck and into the ocean to which it sunk quickly. His right eye twitched when Marcus mentioned slavery "Ya there was a lot of that going on there" he sliently made a fist underneath his robe "The Marin's protect the people who buy the slaves while doing nothing for the people who need their help." He looked onward to the island "lets just get this over with" he said waiting patently.

Looking towards the deck, he calmed down and sighed, "I'll be sure to pick up plenty." He noticed he really tensed up at the Slavery thing. "We share a common enemy." Marcus said, looking up toward the sky and removing his gloves with a 'THUD' once more.

"You were one, huh? A slave. That's why you're so bitter, isn't it?" His scarlet eyes looked towards him and didn't seem quite so evil as they usually did. "The Marines and Government ruined your life too... I could tell in a way. You know, I was going to be a marine, once upon a time." His face tightened up as he controlled his breathing. "They held a party for me too, I was considered a genius among Non Devil fruit users. Then next thing I know, they're gunning down everyone in front of my eyes until I'm the last one standing, when their orders were only kill one specific person..." He sighed and thanked the lord that there was going to be a large base on the upcoming island for them to ravage and make pay. There would be hell to pay... hell to pay!

He looked out at the ocean "damn I need a drink" he said not really wanting this conversation to go on. He looked around and looked at his rather simple Hammock he found in one of the crew's rooms. "I might as well take a nap since it is gonna be a few hours" he thought to himself.

That was when he heard what Marcus said and his blood began to boil "Shut up you know nothing about me" he said as as two large pikes surged from behind his shoulder blades. His green eyes looked at him "FUC* YOU I saw my mother being sold and was raped cause I was sold to and cound't protect her." A large pike appeared on both of his arms and Hoenn was starting to get pissed "Your family was killed boo hoo try being sold for most of your life and being treated lower than trash." A vein was on his head as a couple of more spikes shot from his knee.

"Try running time after time just to be dragged back in humilation and being shot for every little mistake you did" A spike came out of his elbows. "Try escaping and having nowere to go and finding your mother a shell of what she was" Hoenn was crying "Trying killing the man who did things to her that made you sick to your very soul and killing him over and over and over again." Hoenn was having another episode " Try killing the only family you had left so they could be at peace" bones in his back began to appear and several began to peice the boat "Tell me is that what kind of life you want huh" he said as his bones began to attack the ship without him even relizing it.

"You're breaking the ship dammit!!" He said, trying to calm him. "Alright, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to put it like that! Just settle down!!" He said as he shifted into his defensive footwork, in case he went ballistic for some reason. "Get your bones out of the ship!!! You can't swim if you fall off!" He scowled, "Calm down! How bout we make it an entire crew goal to viciously murder all affiliated Slave drivers and shut down the system entirely?"He figured it didn't matter, and it coincided with his goals as well.

"Just chill alright? I didnt mean to start anything." He sighed and handed towards him another bottle of Sake from the last of the provisions. He realized it would take a lot of sake to keep Hoenn in check. Best to buy some first thing at Logue Town... The dark, murky town was growing closer and closer at a steady pace as the two argued and Marcus tried to calm his first mate down. They had a strange, Rocky relationship. Its only too bad its hard to make a pun out of the situation... otherwise Marcus would be boned. Sorry.

Hoenn felt his bones go through the boat as bbusted wood was heard everywere as he looked at the captain.Marcus statement about killing them all seemed to calm him down a bit as he began to relize that he was attacking the ship. He slowly began to pull back his bones as he tried to get back his composure "sorry bout that" he said pulling in most of the bones.

He watched as the last pike went into his body as he held the saki bottle in his rigt hand. He looked at it hard and quickly drank it all down in about three seconds. He caughed and threw the bottle into the ocean. He looked at Marcus "lets just get this trip over with" he said as he walked back over to his hammock and layed down as he pulled out his music box and slowly cranked it. The sad melody brought Hoenn comfort when he was in one of his moods. He listned to it by himself and once it finished the song he quilty cranked it again and played the song over again.

'...Thats a very pretty music box.' Marcus thought to himself softly as he listened to it. He sighed and began to pick up the pieces of the rubble that Hoenn's bones had broken off of their ship, before tossing them over the ship so it would not slow them down any more. The breeze was pushing a fair wind towards Logue Town, and thankfully their sail was catching the whole gust of the wind and pushing them closer and closer to Logue town, until finally it was almost time for them to reach it.

Smiling evilly and red eyes to the front, He gazed towards Logue town and pulled out a small, collapsable telescope. Aiming it towards they city, He observed many people. They wore many out fits and came in all shapes and sizes. He noticed a strange man with cow horns and looked puzzled. "Hmm.." He dismissed it as he noticed the abnormally large Marine base on the island and laughed silently to himself, "We're gonna have fun... theres quite an AWFULLY big Marine base... i think it'd look better in rubble toward the ground. Hehehe... with this our bounties will be higher than all in no time.."

He laid down on his net hammock as he just sat there quilty in his own world as he left the music box on his stomach and decided not to crank it again. The waves from the sea rocked the ship as it began to swing the hammock as they began to get closer and closer to lougetown. He stayed quite untill they finnaly pulled into the port as he got up finnaly and looked around and saw all the people crowin the streets trying to get to were there going.

He began walking on the deck and looked at Marcus "I'll go get the supplies you just try to get some recruites and a Eternal Pose I dont like travling the sea without a decent marker." He put his hand on the wooden rail and jumped off the ship and landed on the dock as he looked around "better get this over with." He looked at the captain and try not to get killed here before we even start the jounry" he gave a weak smile "humans are such frail things you know." He began walking off down the street and soong got lost in the crowd of people.
