Aspects

Full Beast Form (Tier1)
In the Full Beast Form, the user of the Neko Neko no Mi, Model Chimera undergoes a complete transformation, taking on the appearance of a massive and fearsome Chimera. They no longer retain their human features but fully embody the mythical creature. They possess sharp claws, powerful jaws, and a muscular physique, capable of overpowering opponents with ease. The wings on their back allow them to fly swiftly, granting them aerial mobility and the ability to launch devastating aerial attacks.

Hybrid Beast Form (Tier1)
The Hybrid Form is a partial transformation that combines the user's human and Chimera features, resulting in a formidable and versatile form. In this state, the user retains their humanoid shape but gains several prominent animalistic traits. This allows the user to selectively manifest specific animal features while still maintaining their human appearance. For example, they may possess the claws of a lion while retaining their human body, or they might have a snake's tail extending from their lower back.  Additionally they can choose which animal attributes to manifest based on the situation, granting them a wide range of abilities and versatility in combat.

Poison Generation (Tier1)
The user could possess the ability to produce toxins or venom from the snake head. They might be able to spit venomous projectiles, inject venom through their fangs, or even release poisonous gas. The poison would have debilitating effects, such as paralysis or weakening opponents speed and strength.

Fire Generation (Tier1)
The user might have the power to generate fire from the lion head. They could breathe powerful streams of flames, create fireballs, or even engulf themselves in a protective aura of fire. This ability could be used for offense, defense, or even as a means of intimidation.

Weaknesses

Seawater and Kairōseki (Sea Stone): All Devil Fruit users are rendered powerless when submerged in water, or entrapped in sea stone. They lose their ability to swim, become immobilized, their powers are temporarily nullified and causes physical exhaustion.

Physical Limitations: In order to prevent them from using their fire generation or poison generation, physical restraint is essential. This could involve the use of strong nets, cages, or other containment methods to limit the movement of its heads and restrict their ability to attack.
Fire-breathing typically requires them to ignite a flammable substance within their body. By cooling them down, you might be able to reduce or even eliminate its ability to produce fire.
Administering an antivenom promptly after a bite could neutralize the effects of the poison. Antivenom is developed by extracting venom and creating a specialized antidote.

So, there’s quite a few things here that need to be cleaned up here, but you’re not yet familiar with the system, so that’s fine! That’s what this process is for, and I’ll try and be as helpful as I can. I’ll comb through it and show you what can and cannot work (most things can, but not all at once).

To preface this with a quick explanation of how Aspects work: An Aspect is a specific ability, not usually a general one. If you have an Aspect that allows you to create fire, for example, that’s all it allows — you don’t get the power to manipulate flames in a complicated way, or extinguish flames produced by others, or absorb them. Each of these would, in turn, be an Aspect of their own, and Aspects add together to help create techniques!

In short, an Aspect should only ever have one specific effect. Keep this in mind, as it’s an important distinction our system makes that keeps everyone’s progression and abilities fair!

Core Concept
I noticed you’ve gone into great detail here, but it doesn’t need to be a whole paragraph: That’s what the Ability section is for! For this part, keep it down to as few words as possible. For example, “Chimera Transformation” would be absolutely fine as a core concept. It’s a brief heading of the power’s design.

Forms
For Zoans (of any kind), we recommend keeping the description of the Forms concise. You should also remove any mention of features like enhanced strength, speed, senses, and similar abilities (such as the roar). These would all be Aspects in their own right. The way we work Zoan Forms is that they give the character one additional Aspect as part of the Form, but these should be left out of the Devil Fruit’s application. For example, Tobias’ Full Beast Form might also count as a Strength Aspect, while Hybrid Form may instead give them Speed — what you choose gets listed under the Form in the character profile!

I’ll make a note that the wings and giving flight are fine to stay, because that’s a basic physiological change. If a Zoan has wings, then it’s almost always going to be capable of achieving natural flight, which doesn’t take up an Aspect.

A Note on Poison
Poison effects work as a sort of mechanical “debuff” effect here on Bon Voyage. They’re either directly damaging, or they cause a particular type of Aspect to become weaker. For example, some toxins might cause a target’s Strength to fade. As mentioned above, your Poison Generation Aspect will need to do one of these things — it can’t be a broad scope of what poison can do.

Fire Generation
Just to confirm something mentioned above, fire generation as you have it here would be fine. Nothing the Aspect is suggesting it can do really involves anything other than the creation of fire. The only part of this description I’d suggest removing for clarity’s sake is “and control”, as that could be construed as allowing full manipulation.

Weaknesses
A few misconceptions here, but nothing that can’t be fixed. First and foremost, Haki is a bit of a unique case and doesn’t need to be listed as a Devil Fruit weakness, as it’s a more general power with some interesting effects. Similarly, what you have listed as Standard Weaknesses can be ignored, as this is generally true in all cases.

The two main weaknesses that need to be listed are seawater and Kairōseki (Sea Stone), as these are the core weaknesses of all Devil Fruit eaters — the inability to swim, disabling or preventing conscious power usage, and causing physical exhaustion.

As a Mythical Zoan, you’ll also need a specific weakness that helps cancel out or otherwise disable at least some of the user’s mythical abilities. For example, you might need to find something that prevents their poison from working, or a means of stopping them from generating their flames.


So, there’s a lot to this one, but I’d like to see it followed through! It’s a greatly detailed application, but (at least for now) we can stand to trim it down to something more manageable. The Chimera is an interesting choice of Mythical Zoan and further abilities can always be unlocked via the character who has eaten the Fruit!
