She is able to move from precarious position to position so effortlessly... It almost looks like she's just tripping over herself. Still, her movements make it obvious to the keen-eyed: if she doesn't want you to hit her, you won't, until she deems it especially funny.

The user can use the Devil Fruits abilities over anything they come into contact with, but can also spread its influence at range by materializing the distortions as 'thought clouds' which can be physically interacted with.

The distortive properties of the Ato Ato no Mi cause dramatic change in the physical function of whatever their target is, usually to its hindrance. The lines drawn to define where a limb separates from the torso or attaches to sinew and muscle responsible for movement thin, thicken, and fuse to the aesthetic tastes of this fruits wielder. The result is the removal of the original function of the targets appropriate biological design. E.g, someone's legs coming into contact with a thought cloud will change the artistic representation of them, and cause their leg to stop working.

The second function of the Ato Ato no Mi allows the user to externalize the Fruits transformative power into purple, cloud shaped phenomena. These 'thought clouds' can be physically interacted with by anyone or anything that touches them, but will also change the physical form of whatever does.

An internalized distortion, reducing the body to a redundant state of itself as a means to brace it for an impact. Thus minimizing the damage sustained. Rosalin's changes give the Slap-Stick a much more powerful second impact, making up for her lack of strength by amplifying it with each swing.

Rosalin takes aim with her throwing hammer, using it to steal an item off someone's person from a distance. The spring mechanism can be adjusted to go off after throwing the hammer, for the element of surprise!

Rolling With The Punches

Tumbling and rolling with the punches, Rosamun mitigates all damage done to her for a moment, internalizing her self-distortive thought-clouds to make her defense extra solid. Like this, she can fall from great heights, and emerge from barrages of punches and haymakers seemingly unscathed.
