Personality
– Depending on how someone would meet Radzig, most would consider him to be someone who's "intelligent", once they learned about his creations. He is resilient and stubborn, if he has his eyes set on a goal, he tries to reach it and works well under extreme pressure, such as when the threat of expulsion loomed over his head at the academy he studied at. He once genuinely believed in the mission of creating new inventions for the betterment of all, an ideal that was crushed by reality when it was used at Sara's Isle, and learned the hard way that such technologies have a responsibility to be used sensibly.
As such, he can feel a sense of responsibility and tries to have a high degree of self-awareness, having a habit to second-guess every decision he makes. If a mistake is made, he tries to correct it. He is capable of creating another projector box provided he has the tools and materials, but does so with heavy consideration.
In short, he is brilliant, responsible and can be regretful.
Appearance
– A pale-skinned man with short black hair, along with a face that some have described to be "blocky", with a larger-than average nose. He often tries to dress smart but with a bit of flavor and style, most notably dressing in red. A common outfit for him is a red dress shirt with black pants buckled by a belt. The belt itself has a red "core", which is used to power his cybernetics.
As a choice, he tends to wear red as much as he can, as well as apply the same color to his machinations, making it think that it makes him look more "regent", but in truth, he has been told that it makes him scary, a statement that he has ignored ever since.
Fighting Style
– Radzig isn't much of an actual fighter. His genius lies in his technology, something that he heavily relies upon. The moment that his technology stops working at this stage, he's basically another average person. His technology is based upon information-gathering with the use of surveillance, with a sub-focus in combat technology to take advantage of this said information-gathering.
Aspects
–
Projector Box (Aspect Set)
"A box that contains surveillance data, and acts as a network for surveillance devices created by Radzig."
Camera Strider (Tier 1)A hand-held device that is capable of walking on it's two legs, it is automatic, and it is drawn towards anything with a lot of motion or movement. On a basic command, it will follow anything Radzig tells it to follow i.e. "follow the red-shirted man", but it is not at a high enough aspect to comprehend sophisticated commands i.e. "follow the man named Mark." The device will only last up to five minutes before shortening itself out.
Spycam (Tier 1)
A small circle-sized metal that can be planted and stuck to any surface, to which it will start recording anything within 50 metres with clear quality. The device can last up to an hour.
Projector Box (Tier 1)
The projector box is capable of storing data up to twenty-four hours before deleting said data in a loop in order to maintain long-term usability.
Cybernetics (Aspect Set)
"Originally created to match his lens to allow him to see through his drones eyes, after some close encounters in Sara's Isle, he has taken it upon himself to advance himself for more combat-orientated situations. These gadgets are powered by a red core often placed upon the front center of his belt, which is powered by electricity."
Rotating Wrist Gun (Tier 1)
At will, Radzig can bring out a minigun out of his right wrist, not as powerful as a proper minigun, but close enough.
Slam Rounds (Tier 1)
Tied in with his rotating wrist gun, non-lethal slam rounds that are used to take out most average people.
Metal-Infused Hands (Tier 1)
Originally created to allow his hands to work more flexibly with risky tools, it also serves as a way to give some extra damage to a punch, if the need arises.
Drone Visor (Tier 1)
This allows him to view through the cameras of his drones, switching upon any of them as long as they're active.

Background
– Born in North Blue by the island name of Prodigy Peak, ever since he was young, he had remembered being apart of an academy for the young and gifted. It was odd, since compared to other people at the academy, his physical difference was quite apparent; he was a member of a longarm tribe, though the meaning of the word or what that entailed meant nothing to him, as he doesn't remember who his parents were or how he even ended up at the academy.
- After the age of thirteen, students were given heavy incentive to create something "amazing", that could change the world. This is when the academy had started to become brutal, as a lack of progress or hints of development towards anything substantial led to a expulsion, and the student is never seen or heard of again.
- Radzig himself struggled for many years, taking inspiration from the den-den mushi series that focused around security systems and after much trial and error, at the age of seventeen, he had created a device simply known as the "Projector Box." It is often a large data unit with other machines connected to it for a reliable history of video recordings, images and projections of data onto any surface, as well as creating versatile machines that are linked to this box for the purpose of getting this data.
- The project passed the academies expectations, and Radzig was shipped to another island in the North Blue by the name of Sara's Isle, a blooming city with a troublesome crime rate and an even worse prison climate, with contraband and deaths on the daily. This all changed when Radzig's projector box was used by the local government, with information-gathering at their fingertips of the highest degree, a high level of predictability into crimes went up, stopping them from happening in the first place and keeping a closer eye on the inner-goings of the local prison. It was at this point that information was power.
- Power corrupted, with members of government sitting on a projector box full of information about all of their civilians; they became virtual tyrants with anyone too scared to speak up against them due to the amount of blackmail they have. Radzig had been told what to do his entire life, but even his inner consciousness felt that this was wrong.
- When word of disappearances from people that opposed the local government occurred, Radzig took it upon himself to destroy the projector box, burning it to ensure that no data from it could ever be recovered. What followed was a coup, a civil war, and lives were lost.
- Ever since then, Radzig has been wandering the seas, scared to create another projector box, his life's work on the idea that one day, it may either corrupt him or be used in the wrong hands. He tries to specialise in other fields to make up for it, but it's not quite comparable to his magnum opus. He also has to look behind his back, hoping that the people of Prodigy's Peak won't run after him.
