Appearance

The Poke Poke no Mi resembles the Guarana fruit. A clump of eyeball shaped fruit, the swirling pattern characteristic of Devil Fruits is on the top and underside of the fruit while the pulp is exposed. The top of the fruit is green with red and yellow flecks and the underside is white. When biting into the fruit, the texture is that of fish eggs, and the taste is akin to moth balls.

This Devil Fruit turns its user into a(n) Pocket Person ("Poketto Ningen"), granting them the following abilities...

  The Devil Fruit user possesses the ability to create pockets by sliding their hand over a surface. They can create as many as they want and remove them if the pockets are empty. Things that the Devil Fruit user wishes to store inside a pocket automatically shrink as they approach the pocket opening. Things regrow to their normal size when they are withdrawn from the pocket.

  Within each of the Devil Fruit user’s pockets is its own pocket dimension, whose appearance the Devil Fruit user specifies upon creation. The Devil Fruit user can determine the size of the pocket dimension, allowing them to make a pocket dimension that is almost infinitely large. When the Devil Fruit user reaches into their pocket, their hand appears in the pocket dimension to scale with the size of the dimension (if the dimension is the size of a room, their hand becomes much larger relative to those within the pocket dimension).

Weaknesses

• Kairoseki ("Sea-Prism Stone") debilitates the user by sapping their strength and prevents them from consciously controlling or activating their power.
• Submersion in water renders the Devil Fruit user immobile and causes them to sink, preventing conscious control of their abilities.
• Restraining the Devil Fruit user's hands will prevent them from reaching into their pockets or creating new ones.

Hey there Fox! I'll be leading the charge on reviewing this Paramecia. We've got a few things that will be needing changed, so let's get right into it!

• Deep Pockets, as written, is rather confusing. I'm not sure I'm seeing the through-line from the core concept to how the user is able to manifest an iteration of themself within their pockets. As was discussed amongst the staff, this reads like how building-style Paramecia users can manifest themselves within their building bodies, but there is a decided difference between the concepts at play that makes that possible. As it is, I believe this Aspect will need to be reworked to remove the portion about the user manifesting within their pockets.
• The cutting unique Weakness isn't quite going to cut it, no pun intended. While it is an interesting potential limitation of the Fruit, it isn't a Weakness which punishes the user for having the ability or prevents them from making use of it. As such, it will need to be replaced with a proper Weakness.

I believe that's everything that needs to be changed for now; we'll look it over again once these required changes have been made and see where we're at. Please respond here once you've made those changes so we can continue with the review process!
