Personality
Morgan is a headstrong, stubborn, fiercely independent woman. Once her mind is set to a task, she WILL succeed in that task no matter how much time it takes. She also has a strong sense of personal honor, obeying her own code no matter the consequences. She will only take targets in straight one-on-one combat, nor will she ever use a firearm, allowing her sword arm to stay as strong as possible.
Appearance
Morgan is an atheletic girl most would find attractive. She has pale skin, black hair held in a traditional sailor ponytail, and deep green eyes. Despite her well toned body her hips are a bit more devolped giving her a subtle bell shape. She wears a red jacket over a black shirt and bodice, blue jeans, and red boots. Her sword, Wave Cutter, is kept on her left hip.

- Inhuman Swiftness: As the inventor of Hunter's Blade, Morgan put a lot of focus on her speed and reflexes. The years of working on the style has given her the ability to act almost faster than the eye can perceive.
- Acrobatic Experience: With her history of acrobatics, Morgan is quite able to control her body in the air. She's very skilled at flips and spins allowing her to maneuver easier.
- Fast Reactor: Morgan possesses an incredibly quick reaction time, allowing her to change targets, or switch between offense and defense, at a moment's notice.

Background
Born to a family of circus performers, Morgan first found herself an acrobat. For years of her life, this was good. Audiences where plentiful and the family found themselves wanting for very little. This changed however when attacked at the sea while traveling between kingdoms. Sadly this attack left the family with very little, but worse it left Morgan with anger about her family's livelyhood being ruined. So rather than continuing to be an acrobat with what little her family had left, she left. Using what money she had, she bought and started learning swordplay.
She was no friend of the marines, and given the bounties she has seen, she decided to become a bounty hunter with her growing abilities. But she would always give at least half of whatever bounties she assembles to her family. Even with the lost money long since recovered with her bounty work, she found a sense of fufillment with this career path, preventing as many families as possible from suffering as hers did that one time.
