Character Name & Link: Karr Kovac
Epithet: None at the moment Staff Can decide. (He calls himself the Iron Chef but no one has heard this)
Picture Link:
Current Bounty: Zero
Graded Threads:
Identification: An unknown in the north blue’s criminal world Karr last had an interaction with Marines when he and a small group of shipwreck survivors were rescued from a small deserted island on the grand line. The corrupt owners of Royal & Rhodes’ Shipbuilding Company and a marine commander can corroborate and confirm name and description due to the incident that had occurred there.
Level of Threat: During the incident on Nuovo Romano, in the north blue, Karr had been spotted working with local mercenaries, stabbing and assaulting a corrupt higher up in Royal & Rhodes’s Shipbuilding Company in broad day light with civilian witnesses. This was before a confirmed sighting of him taking point during a raid on Royal and Rhodes’ Shipbuilding Company. Here he injured and killed several workers and guards as well as disfiguring and threatening the corrupt Cecil Rhodes with further harm in an Act of Cruelty. During the escape on the stolen vessel, he was later spotted by the marine commander defending the ship.
Perceived Power: Karr Kovac has been seen to posses great capabilities in both mind and body as he was seen effectively traversing a crowded and obstacle filled battle field with ease, whilst using his environment to incapacitate a small group of people. He may possess a devil fruit that allows him to sharpen any object to use as a weapon due to the stabbing of one Cecil Rhodes through the hand with a stick of whale jerky. He used this same power during the fight at Royal & Rhodes’ Shipbuilding Company to aid in his traversal of the battlefield and to cause serious casualties. He also used this ability to unwittingly mirror a rokushiki technique. One final display of his abilities was during the escape where he was witnessed to stand on the rear railing of the ship and deflecting cannon balls that had been fired upon the stolen vessel, only using what strength that was absolutely necessary in split second decisions.
