Appearance
Saint-Alexander is a man of reasonable height at 180 centimeters, with a muscular build. He has a medium width face with a sharp jawline and chin, upon which rests vaguely unkempt stubble. He has bright but thin purple eyes and an ominous gaze. A long mane of extremely wavy and curly dark hair stretches from just in front of his eyes to well behind his shoulders. If one were to simply look at Saint-Alexander’s face, they would be hard-pressed to find evidence of his Lunarian heritage - he would be human (or Sky Islander, in this case) passing.
His defining trait is the product of his racial diversity: his wings. The size of his wings are medium - not as large as a Lunarian’s, and larger than the average Sky Islander. The shape is also a combination of both of his races, stretching more horizontally like a Sky Islander, but bending at a slight angle, hinting at his Lunarian blood. What makes them also stand out in comparison to his brethren is the color combination. They are white, but have peculiar, black swirls in a similar pattern to Devil Fruits. To humans, of course, no one suspects Lunarian lineage - they simply attribute this to his Sky Islander ethnicity.
Attire
Saint-Alexander wears Wano-influenced attire: an elegant deep red kimono with purple designs on the inside edges. This drapes over a gray dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, revealing bandages wrapped around his right forearm. Black dress pants and classy dress shoes cover his bottom half, while a white officer’s Marine coat draped around his shoulders completes his outfit.
Personality
Narcissistic
Saint-Alexander is a raging narcissist. His entire world revolves around what is best for himself, and thus he has a severe lack of empathy for those around him. This has resulted in pragmatism on his part: simply put, he refuses to take part in a fight he is unsure he can win, as most important is his own survival.
Pious
Some time ago, Saint-Alexander was taken by a special brand of piety. This brand of piety isn’t weighed down by conventional morality or any form of commandments. Instead, its core tenet insists that each being was created perfectly as God intended, explaining how everything that happens is part of His plan. Thus, the Lunarian explores all aspects of humanity, especially darker ones, in his continuing mission to bring himself closer to God.
Cunning
If you asked Saint-Alexander, he would say his greatest asset is his mind - and then rattle off a host of his other special qualities. The former, however, is most likely true. Cunning, a meticulous planner with an instinct for danger, he uses his intellect to his advantage. One might criticize his lack of emotional or social intelligence however: he is capable of manipulating others without ever coming close to truly understanding or caring about them.
Corrupt
Saint-Alexander is a corrupt Marine, susceptible to bribes and willing to engage criminals in unlawful settings. His ambition is to abuse his position to start his own criminal empire. He is, however, very useful to his superiors because of his willingness to undertake the Marines’ more insidious, illegal tasks.
Vengeful Secret Agent
As a secret Lunarian, Saint-Alexander despises the World Government and the Marines for the cover-up and near-extinction of his race. He has since infiltrated the Marines. When he performs rotten deeds, he tries to secretly leave witnesses to ruin the Marines’ reputation, and tries to undermine the organization from within. He would be happy to watch the world burn if it took the WG and Marines down with it.

“It is perhaps the greatest tragedy of our people that your most valuable asset is our lack of resemblance.”
Those were the last words Saint-Alexander’s mother ever uttered to her son. Of course, then he was just Alexander, as including “Saint” would have resulted in lashings: a noble’s child slave who hadn’t inherited his mother’s dark Lunarian skin, white Lunarian hair, or black Lunarian wings. They were her last words because, by some miracle, she had found a way to smuggle her son out of that noble’s infernal complex and into the freedom of the outside world. They were also her last words because her and everyone involved in the plot was summarily executed for their betrayal.
Alexander had spent his entire life as a child slave, subject to the whims of cruel, uncaring masters. When he escaped, now closer to the end of his adolescence than to the beginning, there were tears in his eyes - tears of joy for his liberty, and tears of sadness for his mother’s certain demise. Unwilling to let this crime rest, he sought out those who were meant to be the bastions of justice: the Marines. Instead of pursuing his previous captors, however, they threw him in prison.
In his cell he prayed and prayed, wondering why his fate was tainted with such darkness. “God made every being perfect,” his mother had always told him. “Only by exploring both the darkness and the light can you be brought closer to God.” And so Alexander prayed for a different fate: one where he would be freed from his cell to experience all that his Lord had put upon the Earth. His prayers would be answered immediately.
In the next cell over, a fellow prisoner spoke to the half-Lunarian boy. “I’m Saint-Alexander,” he introduced himself when asked, now using the full name his mother gave him. “Well, Saint-Alexander. How would you like to escape?” Together, the pair left the bars which trapped them and went on to rise in the ranks of the criminal underworld. The two continued like this for some time as the perfect duo. Saint-Alexander, cunning, meticulous, remained behind in the shadows, content in reaping the rewards to his wallet and to his faith, while his partner, brash, violent, reaped the fame and reputation.
It was this backseat that made it all the easier to betray and kill the closest thing Saint-Alexander ever had to a brother. When the half-Lunarian announced his plans to join the Marines - an endeavor which would allow him to destroy the organization he so hated from the inside - his partner refused to believe it. He held out the prize of his latest theft in his hands, proudly declaring that if Saint-Alexander betrayed him he would eat his newfound Devil Fruit and stop him. Thinking the affair concluded, he turned his back on his friend, his brother, and found the end of a knife sticking out of his chest.
His new Devil Fruit powers and his ex-partner’s body - and the bounty that came with it - in hand, Saint-Alexander made his case for enlistment to the Marines, who gladly accepted him into their ranks. After all, Alexander’s wings were white akin to a Sky Islander’s. Though unusual, no-one who even knew about the mysterious Lunarian’s existence suspected the new Marine of being one.
