Character’s Name: Lassa Iskario
Profile: link
Total X-Poinz: 2,528
Raw Haki Being Awoken: I would like to make a case for Haōshoku, but if this is denied, then I would like to apply for Armament.
Evidence of Stress:
Facing the Jade Emperor Lassa went up against the former Jade Emperor, Selethen. They were faced with an opponent able to block most of their techniques, and even keep up with their newly acquired overdrive. Broken ribs, a self-induced heart overdrive, and nearly being sealed into a jade case. It took a distraction from Lukas and one last all-or-nothing push to get the opening to land the final blow, taking numerous injuries in the process and leaving them barely able to walk.
Vs. Doctor Grey and the Automatons: Lassa was vastly outnumbered and forced to not only fight creatures extremely resistant to the assassination-based techniques of Rokushiki, but keep the Doctor from escaping as well. Lassa was burned, shot, broke several bones and was cut in several places. Winning the fight required them to utilize their Devil Fruit to degrees they had never done before, and use hit and run tactics to avoid being killed. It still left them unconscious and hospitalized for several days afterwards.
Evidence of Leadership:
Doctors and Nurses: Lassa managed to keep themselves awake, even on the edge of death, in order to make sure that they thanked Lucy for her efforts and acknowledged her growth since their last assignment together.
Events on Crescent Moon (Here and Here): Lassa spends the majority of the thread both leading and teaching Lukas, encouraging him to have confidence in himself and to improvise and learn new tactics with his abilities. By the end, he is ready to follow them into a potentially lethal situation and even attacks a much more experienced Devil Fruit user, confident in the knowledge that Lassa has his best interests in mind.
No Train No Gain: Lassa convinces the rather flippant newbie Cipher Pol agent to follow him, and begins training her.
A Dark Justicar and a Canned Copper and Here: Lassa manages to convince Simon to take a stand and fight, abandoning his optimistic view and at the very least scrutinizing his own ideals. They also speak about their own ideals, and what drives them to grow stronger.
Deadly Dealings: Lassa took the initiative in planning the efforts of the mission, and without any real questions or efforts the more experienced Coleman naturally accepted their authority.
Summary: Lassa has repeatedly shown a tendency towards leadership and charismatic convincing of people to follow them, as well as putting themselves on the line to protect their subordinates. They have also shown repeated instances of willpower, refusing to give up on their goals to take down the monsters of the seas. They naturally fall into charismatic and leadership roles, and tend to gain the loyalty of those who spend more than a little time around them.
