Appearance:– A strange fruit, who's shape is more horizontal that anything. Wider and flatter than its counterparts. Orange in color, a rough texture to its skin. Resembling a flattened squash in some ways. The Stem is jet black, knotted and frayed at the top. The most striking features being the spiral and color of said spiral. Running from the base to the tip is what appears to be the shape of, stairs. Each Step of these stairs is a bump along the fruits skin, colored with that black marking.

Ability

• Sure FootingThe Ipo Ipo no Mi bestows its consumer the ability to walk and / or run across any surface as though it was solid. By stepping on these surfaces the user is able to walk and run across it as easily and effortlessly as one would the ground itself. While moving across said surfaces the users feet are immune from the effects of it, for example the user is able to walk across fire itself without getting burned, move across sharp objects or edges without getting cut and so on. However if the user were to stop through whatever means on motives, the ability would cease and they would fall off or through whatever surface was being traversed. 

Weaknesses

• Seastone. Contact with it (also named kairōseki) drains the user’s energy and prevents her from consciously controlling or activating the users Devil Fruit powers or abilities.  
• Water Aversion. The standard Weakness of Submersion in any standing body of water, making the user unable to move(immobile) causing then to sink like a stone, unable to use the abilities of the Devil Fruit itself.
  
• Hands Free. The powers of the no mi only effect the users Feet meaning outside factors that restrict or restrain / immobilize the users legs would negate or disable the use of its abilities (for example forced restraint, grappling) allowing for damage of whatever surface was being traversed.

Hey there, your friendly neighborhood Jade will be taking care of this application! Unfortunately, I have to report that the Hands Free Weakness is not, in fact, viable as a Weakness - this is just a limitation of the ability.

A Weakness is something that can be taken advantage of against the user in some capacity, whether it's taking increased damage from a particular source, or a way to stop them from using their ability at all, or something else along these lines. If you need some assistance in coming up with something suitable for this Fruit, I would encourage you to look to the brainstorming channel in the community Discord server!

Other than that, the Fruit is simple enough that there's not much else I have to say at this time... Oh, other than perhaps to ask for some clarification on one thing - the Fruit is about safely moving across various things through footsteps, so what happens if the user comes to a stop? If you could write this into the Ability description, that would be great.

Added the info on stopping as requested and, through a strangely huge discord debate, updated the weakness for it. So i hope this all works and i can get to walking around in the sky, so i can deck those dam seagulls...
