Personality:– Lotara seems to be very lively and upbeat woman, who usually comes out as an optimistic and caring person, who doesn´t like violence, despite being more than capable of protecting herself and the ones she loves, if forced to do so. She is also very intelligent and well educated, despite her occasional carefree attitude and tendencies to silly, almost childish behavior. Idealist in core, now when she found her mission the scars on her soul rarely aches, but when it happens, she can succumb to a sudden episodes of gloomy mood that can last from hours to whole days.
Appearance:– Lotara is young girl of average height, with pear shaped body, that is surprisingly firm and well toned, despite her distinctly feminine curves. As someone whose family is native to a tropical summer island she has a tanned skin, thick mane of dark brown, almost black hair and dark brown eyes. As a Marine with the rank of Seaman recruit, she usually wears dark blue trousers with a white shirt and baseball hat, both shirt and hat decorated with the logo of her organization. When off duty however, she prefers more comfortable jeans with colorful t-shirt.

What put this particular style apart from the others is the rumored ability of its users to create fire and incorporate it into their techniques. However, Lotara is nowhere to this level of proficiency, yet.

Description:- As a Seaman Recruit, Lotara was equipped with a long musket that serves as her main ranged weapon. However, as a martial artist she tends to throw it away in the first possible moment, engaging enemies with her bare hands.
Background
Lotara comes from well established and rich noble family that resides on Polestar Island. As a noble born she received proper education in many common fields like a history, politics, geography, etiquette and others, including a strange martial arts that was passed down in her family for generations, slowly degrading into form of exercise done for health and conditioning benefits than anything else.
Ever since she was a kid, Lotara was enamored with romantic stories about Marines selflessly protecting civilians from the danger of pirates and wanted to be one of them. Her parents were against such idea as one could imagine, but were unable to say no to their daughter and so made sure, she will be as safe as possible. Her parents paid the best teachers and medical professionals available to teach their daughter what they knew. So, when she finally got herself enlisted, she possessed medical knowledge on pair with a full fledged physician. Because of that, she was assigned to a Tequila Wolf as a medic, which was post she wasn´t capable of keeping for very long.
As a doctor, Lotara met not only the marines stationed there, but also many of the prisoners to whose stories she listened. Through them, she learned about different world. World, where Marines and the World Government at large weren´t always the just and right protectors of innocent. In her idealism, she confronted her commanding officer with these views, but instead of support, she got ordered leave and subsequent transfer to different unit in West Blue, as far from the Tequila Wolf as possible. Hurt and disillusioned she returned back to Polestar Island thinking that she should probably leave the Marines for good. Especially when she found out, that her parents had their hands in her transfer. However, before she could truly decide she met a man, who changed her worldview for a good. He was a toy maker with a shop in the city whose ideas resonated strongly with her. So, when she finally left the city for her new post in West Blue, she left dedicated to use her position to help Deman to change the world for better.
