English Name:– Flip Flip Fruit

Appearance:– This fruit resembles the Kiwano, a spikey melon fruit that is usually orange in coloration and has a lime green, jelly-like flesh with a delicious taste (except since this is a Devil Fruit the taste is horrendous.) Like any Devil Fruit its covered in the typical swirls, in this case it's the spikes protruding out that form the spikes on its rough paper-like skin.
Ability:–
Basic Info: The Pasa Pasa no Mi (Flip Flip Fruit) turns whoever consumes it into a "Notebook Human" capable of producing, manipulating, and turning into sheets of paper. Of course, the sheets that fall out of her jurisdiction or are disconnected off of her are no longer capable of being manipulated.
Paper Production: The user of the Pasa Pasa no Mi can produce white sheets of paper from their body in copious amounts. As well as manipulate said paper as long as it's attached to their body.
Paper Body: Much like any Special Paramecia the user's body can be transformed into the substance this allows the user to dodge incoming attacks in a Logia-like fashion. If someone attempts to strike the user while transformed the paper would spread out like leaves thus allowing them to dodge the incoming attack easily.
Weaknesses:–
Submersion: The first and most obvious weakness of this fruit is submersion in water which is one of the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
Seastone: The second is another standard weakness. That being, seastone completely blocks the fruit's powers and makes its user feel weakened.
Flammable: Paper is very flammable as such if the user is ignited by flames their paper will crumble up and burn turning to ash. Thus removing her control over their substance. Flames also hurt the user directly removing their ability to bypass attacks.
Soggy Paper: As a substance, paper doesn't do very well when exposed to water. If the paper becomes soggy it'll cause the paper to clump up and allow for direct attacks.
