Extremey IntelligentDel is very intelligent, if one needs any proof just talk to him. Or perhaps find out that his left forearm is actually robotic and that he designed it himself. He has a very deep knowledgebase specifically when it comes to technology and human anatomy which he swirls together in his own way.
A Little CreepyDel is a bit of a creep. If anything this might be because he used to be back-alley doctor. Which is to say he took in all the shady customers, he didn't have a real license since he got kicked out of medical school. He's down to try any sorta procedure you like and he'll do it with a wide smile on his face. He's also just a bit strange to talk to because of the gorey detail he goes into. This probably wouldn't be so bad if not for his cryptic manner of speaking where he leaves a lot to implication and makes everything seem a little too grey.
Horror FanaticDel has a deep and utter fascination with the human anatomy. He's been known to dissect animals, humans, and the like. From it he's gathered a full appreciation of gore and blood. Its part of the reason he's never really gotten along with the medical community, they think he's a little too into his horrifying aesthetic as a person.
Curious and CurioserDel has a great thirst for knowledge. He's willing to make strides and cross lines to learn what he wants to learn. When he's got something on his mind he'll often chase it to all ends unless something more interesting comes to capture his interest from that. Catch his fascination and you'll have his undying attention, at least for a while.
DeviousDel is a meticulous planner. He thinks up plots on plots and worries over them to no end. He's endlessly playing a game of chess with others in his head, playing for three, five, ten move aheads. AppearanceThe stick figure of Del precludes any sense of real strength coming from him. Which is fair in the sense that he isn't particularly strong, just enough to do what he needs to be. His overly pale skin, and blue-ish facial details give Del a very cold look. Mixed with the often creepy knowing grin upon his face he can be quite the person to meet just walking around, let alone in his own gore covered room of the Dancing Red. But perhaps the most strange thing about him is the metal arm that extends from just above the elbow of his left arm. A multi-jointed construction of metal bars and numerous wires that climb up and down it it is easily his strangest feature and that which makes him a cyborg.
For the most part though, you'll likely not notice it because he wears a skin-like(hopefully) arm glove atop it to make it look semi-human. Through its motion its hard to tell but some movements will seem stiffer than a human would as he still needs to improve his arm. Otherwise he is known to wear fairly plain clothing, but almost always very clean save for perhaps a spot of blood here and there. He is not often found in a doctor's coat which is possibly worthy of note, mostly because none of them are white anymore.

Non-Combat Skills
MedicineFor someone with an incomplete medical training Del is really quite a good doctor. He has a very deep knowledge of the human body and can use that to infer much about other humanoid types. With the dexterity to make everything work, and hours of testing and a library's worth a knowledge to put it to use. If you have a problem he can likely solve it, for a price.
TinkerDel is good with mechanical stuff and trying to make it try and reproduce what the natural world creates. He has a very specific set of knowledge in this that informs his creations.
Physical Traits
Inhuman Dexterity - Human Trait #1Del has extremely high levels of dexterity with both his real and mechanical hand. He has enough practice to make good use of both for delicate surgical situations. As he says he makes music with his hands, and to be frank he's not lying.
Hydraulic Arm - Human Trait #2The part of his left arm that is mechanical is very powerful and he has had a lot of practice with it to be as careful as he needs to be to perform his medicinal skills. But though it might look thin and stick-like it is anything but, with a crushing grip strength the ability to put a lot of strength into very small motions of at the elbow, wrist, and finger joints.
Conductive - Cyborg TraitDel's left arm due to its mechanical nature is extremely conductive. Shocks and electricity can easily mess with the inner wiring that allows it to function properly. Also due to how its connected to him a large enough shock can zap his nervous system out of whack for quite a while.-Fighting Styles-

As a melee combatant Del is a little underwhelming when he strikes with his right hand. It's really the left that you have to worry about. For the most part Del uses his understand of mechanics and human physiology to try and get the most out of his body. Going for powerful single strikes with coordinated movements to blow out his enemy.
That alongside with upgrades he makes to his left arm really help to improve his ability to take on opponents who are much more skilled fighters than he would generally be considered.
Aspects
Concussion Fist: With control of his body Del is able to augment the power of his attacks being able to unleash shockwaves from his extremities. These shockwaves reverberate through other solids often causing them to break or shatter or be pushed back when they are too sturdy.

Rank 1 Technique - 50 X-PoinzWith the some total of the mechanical power of his arm at work Delthrows a devastating straight punch at his opponent. A metal fist alongside hydraulic powered joints lead to an extremely fast and well executed punch that is bound to leave a dent in most things.
{History}
28 Years AgoDel was born in the Drum Kingdom the child of one doctor and a bar tender. From a young age he wanted to become a doctor and so when he was given the chance to become one he did.
12 Years AgoDel joined the medical college at Drum Kingdom to become a doctor.
9 Years AgoDel was kicked out of medical college for some questionable behavior and soon after left the island to try and try his skills in other places where he felt he'd be more appreciated.
7 Years AgoAfter a procedure gone bad, a rather mad 'customer' of his proceeded to cut off his left arm above the elbow.
6 Years AgoDel arrived at Karakuri Island where he proceeded to learn and gain the knowledge and help to rebuild his arm as a mechanical one. After gaining back much of his original skill he left to ply his trade where he could find the want often in the backstreets and alleys of the Grand Line.
Less Than 1 Year AgoDel joined up with Syphalia and has been traveling as the Shogun's doctor ever since.
