"Huh? Ahh ..." Yan glanced sideways beads of sweat threading their way through the side of his head. He didn't want to mention, part of it was because he had been to tired to go back to his room at an inn to pick up his remaining clothes. Then by the time he had woken up again after his nap after the battle they had already long past left Sedna. That was an unnecessary bit of detail for them to know, and some guilt that he didn't feel like it was worth pushing on the pair.
Besides Thomas and Bianca were partially right. His height did in fact make it difficult for him to find proper clothing, Too much was either too small or not long enough in general to be comfortable fitting clothes. The other issue being his preference for more relaxed clothing rather than the rather straight laced alternatives left him in the loss quite a bit. At her comment about his jacket looking nice Yan glanced down at it. "Uhhh thanks." Yan scratched the back of his head he might've shown a blush if not for the cold weather already causing his cheeks to redden quite a bit. Is it? It's great that it's the right size and it fits, but this is sorta ... ehh. Though she is right it's better than simply lacking an outer layer. I guess in comparison to that this is a world of difference.
"Well anything is better than the torn up clothing from before. Though you should know ..." he unzipped the jacket to reveal the same tank top he'd been wearing before. The cut in the abdomen was still there ripping part of into what seemed like two pieces. "I'm still wearing those rags you speak of beneath this." The lanky man emphasized the word rags with a quiet smile. As a cold breeze ran by causing Yan to shiver up and down his spine he quickly zipped it up again. With the hand he was holding his bag in he rubbed it upon his covered chest to build up hopefully a little more warmth.
As Bianca asked for it Yan passed her over the map. For now at least he had no real use for it. As they continued on Yan walked quietly at the back of the group. He didn't have much to do with the stocking of the ship, it was neither his specialty nor something he took particular interest in. Instead Thomas and Bianca went back and forth, or correctly said Bianca said stuff and Thomas wrote things down on the little notepad in his hand. It was a system that spoke to the pair having done this before. It seemed quite natural and Yan was perfectly happy to watch. His eyes not paying much attention as he strolled along beside them.
It was after a bit of walking where he simply went about watching the buildings and only now and then glancing to make sure he was still behind his two compatriots when the accident happened. Yan only glanced back moments before Bianca walked headlong into other lady of oddly colorful hair heading in another direction. The two seemed to talk for a moment and Yan took the second to glance at the vibrant lady's compatriots. An odd looking group of people, they stood about for the most part cloaked in a tannish gray save for the girl herself. Though perhaps stranger was the mastiff standing near the back of the group. A tall man even by Yan's standards he had a build that made Yan look like a twig to his rock.
Looks like he has some giant's blood or something ... Yan had seen the like before at Treegap though it was definitely a rarity out in the Blues. To be frank this was actually the first even slightly-giantish looking person he'd seen since leaving the Grand Line. His eyes strayed to the large black safe seeming to be chained to the massive mans' back. Yan felt like saying something, but since they were a random amalgam of people whom he'd never met he held his tongue. In any case they looked to be more trouble than they were worth.
