The second part of the 'Rumble in the Jungle' arc, the story continues the next day as Miss Fiona Clementine meets up with the woman she met the day before, Jessica Delahaye. After a little mishap involving mistaken identity, the two find themselves in the deep jungles of Enko no Saisho, and opt to engage in a sparring match. Fiona showing off the remarkable ability she has been honing over the previous evening, the clash between Devil Fruit and raw physical ability proves a tricky one, but after a lengthly contest the Vines proved too much for Miss Delahaye to overcome.
The mock fight having a sour end as both parties are attacked by a powerful and mysterious foe, the girls wake up separated and in an unfamiliar place. The Di Selva crime cartel being behind the attack and subsequently kidnapping the two, they both escape swiftly but not before finding out about the plan of gangs boss to attack the town of Enkai and raze it to the ground. Informed that the group has acquired a strange cyborg weapon by the name of Ironhide, they race off to intercept the armoured human weapon, which is unbeknownst to them a cast off from the World Government’s Pacifista Program.
Town attacked but the two arriving before it is too badly damaged, the girls attack the steel bodied brute in tandem, finding their attacks ineffective against the strong armour that the beast possesses. Doing little more than superficial damage, the two opt for a new approach and use a vine rope to restrain the mechanical monster. Hurling the thing out to sea through no small amount of effort, the pugilistic pair hope that such a heavy body will be unable to swim, and are proven right. However, they fail to guess that the cruel creation would have no need for air, being a reanimated corpse, and are somewhat horrified to find the behemoth return only minutes later.
The underwater trip damaging some of the systems of Ironhide, it attacks both Jessica and Fiona in a frenzied state, quickly overwhelming the fatigued former femme and battering her with its horrendous strength. Miss Delahaye defeated, it is up to the Devil Fruit user to defeat the devastating drone, which she manages to do by exploiting the gaps in her enemies armour by using tiny, thread-like vines. Penetrating the machine mammoth with her powers, Miss Clementine ravaged the tough shelled enemy from the inside out and proved the victor in the fight.
Jessica meanwhile recovering enough to scuffle with Escobar di Selva, the leader of the enemy, after a struggle she manages to beat the man just as Ironhide explodes from the damage it had suffered. The two managing to avoid much harm from the blast, they are quickly joined by the Enkai townsfolk, who tend to their harm and begin to rebuild their lives. Story skipping to a little later in the evening, both young ladies contemplate their future as they try to unwind after a hard day. Meeting up again, they both show that they have the same ideas about taking on company and partner up, taking the first step toward making a pirate crew!
Celebrations cut short by some unwelcome news, the apprehended Escobar had apparently escaped confinement and fled into the jungle, so the duo set off in pursuit after him. Finding a small dock hidden away on the other side of the island, Mr Di Selva is found dead after seemingly being mauled by a wild animal. The long standing conflict between Miss Delahaye and the gang boss leaving her rather shaken by the discovery, after some reassurance from Fiona the two elect to give their expired enemy a proper burial. Investigating the nearby ship for tools to dig with, they find more than they bargained for when a pair of large suitcases are found stuffed with money!
Electing to use the ship they found to take the body of Escobar back to town, the two sailed the ship around the coast of the small land and brought him back to Enkai. Scene left sombre as the two watch their foe burning on a funeral pyre, with a mix of emotions the female friends once gain find their minds moving to the future, but this time they are filled with hope…
