Plot Summary: Following shortly after Fiona's Clementine's history, the young Kuja warrior drifted across the seas of the Grand Line, deprived of food and water. Feebly, her body lied on the deck as the vessel sailed without anyone's control or navigation. Through sheer luck, the ship was heading towards an island that's located very close to the Calm Belts known as Enko no Saisho.
Meanwhile, Jessica Delahaye, an ex-marine who loves a good fight, relaxed at the beach by the shore. Her role was that of a stray cat, always mooching on her friends as a bouncer. In return to her friend Bobby, who's one of the manager of a bar, she handled any troublemakers that would ruin his business.
Upon seeing a damaged pirate ship crashing into the shore, the black-haired dame rushed in to halt the vessel from running over innocent people, using her brute strength to stop it in its path. Further investigation of this mysterious vessel brought her to climb up on board and found a single, green-haired girl lying about with no one else around. Carrying the young Kuja in her arms, the woman carried her to safety where the girl would then be nursed back to health and consciousness. She had took an immediate liking to his girl.
Later in the evening, a gang of crooks entered the bar, being Jessica's cue to start a fight with them outside. She battered and beaten many of their people. Fiona, who had a debt to repay for these folks that save her life, entered the fray in order to test her mysterious powers. Thorns shot out of her fingertips like bullets. Vines sprouted from each of her digit, constricting and coiling around many of the men. She still lacked control over this power but began learning what potential it held for her.
Little by little, Fiona and Jessica learned more about each other. Later that night, the Kuja's curiosity of her own bizarre powers had led her to spend her time training and practicing to refine her powers a little bit more. And, in the meantime, the band of crooks were more than what they appeared to be as their leader plotted a scheme for the next day.
This is Part One of their adventures that had barely even started.
