Dressrosa... Farris wasn't sure what she had expected really. It wasn't the largest nor the smallest of Islands, but somewhere in the middle. It had a warm climate which was comfortable too. What she didn't expect was the sentient toys and how peaceful the people seemed. The Island also seemed to have this rocky border around it as if it were protecting those within. So this was the home of her new captain...
The ship she was on was a fairly eye-catching one but not too obviously one belonging to the blonde man. It had wing like decor carved into the wood and a few splashes of white paint here and there. It also wasn't one of the larger ships but Farris sort of preferred it, it was cozy and seemed practical consider it had few passengers. The normally dark clad musician found herself in much lighter and more flashy clothing than she'd normally wear. A bright yellow feathered top that connected to a choker style collar and left an open back. She favored a bright green-blue long skirt with black sandals. Her hair was loose rather it's usual tied back.
Something a bit brighter for the more upbeat and sunny Island. Normally, Farris enjoyed the attention her dark themed attire brought but she wasn't here simply for work but to get acquainted with the place, so it was better to try to blend in... Too bad her new captain had been the one she was taking fashion tips from and the Shichibukai was not the most casual of dressers.
She had first met Doflamingo under the name of "Alonso Quijano" while on a vacation of sorts. At first she'd been a bit wary of him, but after having a little "Adventure" with the man than ended in a successful business transaction, a shocking reveal of who her companion of the day was and an offer from said man to join him, Farris found herself flattered. She certainly couldn't see a downside to the offer as it would mean the end to her bounty problem. Thus after fitting herself with something more appropriate, at least based on what Dressrosa's ruler wore, she had set sail from Port Raffael where they'd met.
Farris had never been to the New World, A few places in the Paradise half of the Grandline, sure, but never as far as the New World. When you were a traveling musician you ended up in a lot of places with different crews going different places. That was going to change now though, at least so it seemed. They hadn't been docked long as she gazed out over the sea, maybe twenty minutes at most, and she doubted that the blonde was in much of a hurry. The feline-like woman started to play a bit of her Violin, testing the notes of a new song as she watched the waves of the ocean.
