I'm bringing Ransom Belgrave back from the archives and would like to find a group (or at least one other character) for some long term canon plotting.
OOC I'm pretty open minded and just looking for characters he can bounce off of well, but the character's a little tricky IC. His backstory would make a pirate crew the most interesting option, but he'd work at least decently well in any kind of group. (I can't see him actually enlisting in the marines, at least not right off the bat, but something less formal might be possible?) Regardless of the type of group or the circumstances, Ransom will most likely be carrying the attitude of "just along for the ride," until character development happens.
As far as a recruitment/meetup thread goes, I would really like to do it in West Blue, preferably on Strawberry Hill. The character's backstory is tied very closely to that area, and he doesn't have the IC means or a reason to hop Blues. The specifics don't matter too much at this point, but I'd like to do something that suits all of the characters involved and provides a plausible reason for Ransom to travel with your group.
