So, some people might have heard by now of my ambitions with Ahn. The purpose of this thread is to make the "ambition" into a reality.
The Sea-Flowers are a cell of the Revolutionary Army that is a middle-ground between Pirate and Marine Crews, specifically in the fact that though they don't use ranks, seniority and accomplishment within the Cell ensures command. In short, if a character joins this group, they might initially serve as foot soldiers... but if they perform capably, they'll be allowed to take command of NPCs either made by myself/others to fill the small crew.
To make this easier to understand, this means that anyone can join the Cell as long as they meet two simple conditions.
1. You must be willing to face the World Government. This doesn't mean fight the Celestial Dragons, but rather the government that runs around them.
2. You must be willing to cooperate with a group. Your character isn't going to be picked up if they're some sort of black-ops specialist. The Sea-Flowers are here to strike the World Government AS A GROUP. Operating alone on missions might happen, but overall the cell will be able to reinforce the other members and are expected to if the Mission goes bad.
That being said, I'm looking for any Revo and Anti-World Government characters to join the mix. Pirates could find a home, so long as they aren't just going to outright target people... so... yeah!
