So, seeing as we intend or have mentioned to have a new CP9 with certain characters, it makes sense to RP with them. However, just randomly goofing about in the seas seems silly. I propose forming a Division, so that, even if we decided to not go the CP9 route, we have a group. Also, god knows we need Marine Crews,
The general idea would be for more...callous marines, those who tend to be more extreme in their methods, if not their targets. One could easily follow moral justice, but feel that a certain pirate deserves more than mere capture.
On a side note, for possible names, I like the idea of this: 21st Division, The "Black Mondays." I'm not trying to be the leader, mind you. If need be, we could likely just make up an NPC and decide his decisions through a democratic vote.
