If you've seen the attached picture, I'm fairly sure that you understand what it means.
I have asked my beautiful, lovely, intelligent and funny girlfriend of 3.5 years to marry me! AND SHE SAID YES!!! I do apologize for my lacking presence and poor quality in recent posts, but setting up the evening, as well as other little events in my life have taken precedence.
The engagement happened this Saturday evening. I hired a musician and photographer to surprise Kristin as I sat her down on a nearby bench, next to a beautiful lake filled with an assortment of water fowl, like swan, geese and ducks. She was tickled by all the water life and lives stuff like that, so she didn't see the guitarist or photographer till they started playing and shooting.
Kristin held herself together well as I knelt down to my knee and asked her "to give me a lifetime to try to find words that would do justice for all of the gifts she's given me" (like making me a better person
)
We enjoyed a wonderful evening afterwards! I can explain more in the c-box when I see some of you around!
