Calm before the Storm (Kurosaki)

A Huge, striking figure was slowly making his way up one of the grooves of Sabaody. The giant figure was noticed by all of the surrounding people, which brought fear into the Pirates that were Hiding out and waiting for their ship to be painted. The Hat was recognizable alone, and the Huge bible Guaranteed that the Giant figure was in fact Bartholomew Kuma, the Shichibukai, with a Fearsome reputation that got him the nickname Tyrant. He was wearing his usual attire. The White cap with black and white spots on, with the bear ears protruding from the sides. The blue jacket with the Cross-hair in the middle and paw prints running around the bottom of the Jacket. He was also wearing his Trousers with the same pattern as the hat on it.

Women ran out to grab their children, take them inside and then lock the door. Pirates Merely ran and Hid and the same for the bounty hunters. Kuma was truly an Intimidating figure to see, and it was obvious that people were scared of huge Cyborg, But Kuma wasn't here to frighten civilians, he was here only to relax. Kuma soon made his way into a Tea shop, and sat himself down on the roof. Then he began reading the Bible which he always carried by his side. He was Quickly interrupted by a Waiter shaking his way over to him, and then putting the small cup onto the table, before quickly walking away.

Before Long the tea had been consumed and Kuma quickly moved from the tea shop roof as if he had teleported. Kuma had moved to the other side of Sabaody where the theme park was located. Again the people ran in fear, but he was used to this and frankly he didn't care. His face remained motionless as the people ran around him. With his Bible still in hand Kuma began to make his way through the park grounds.

At the Amusement Park, when most people saw the twenty-one year old pass them with a stern look on his face and a bunch of flowers held in his right hand, they assumed he was nervously waiting for a date. Some people gave him a thumbs up but Jin completely ignored them as he stood staring upward at one of the rides. A sigh escaped his lips and he bent down and placed the flowers next to the gate.

"For you dad," he said with a sad look. "Hey, but the ride is still here! It's been open for eleven years and everyone loves it so much. I hope that you can see the happy looks on their faces!"

Though he didn't get a response back, of course, Jin smiled and nodded his head as though he did. Turning, he started to head back to the clothing store where he worked. Today marked the day his father had been killed by a Celestial Dragon all over the ride that was supposed to have been built to make everyone on Sabaody happy.

It only made his son sad to look at though.

Jin was so distracted that he didn't really pay attention to the crowds that were fleeing a certain area at the Amusement Park until he practically stumbled directly into a rather imposing figure.

"Oh, excuse me," he said, bowing slightly and then walking around the black and white clad man and attempting to continue on his way. "Whoa, that guys got a terrible fashion sense... Jeez."

His day was sharply interrupted by a rough looking man who seemed to ignore the dangerous Giant man in front of him. It wasn't wise to casually bump in to any Warlord, let alone Kuma the Tyrant. Kuma's Face was motionless but, you could tell by the way he stood that he was annoyed with the man who had just walked by him. It also wasn't smart to disrespect Kuma, as the man just did. What made it worse was the fact that the Giant actually heard the shrimp say it. He didn't get the nickname Tyrant for no reason, and it was time to teach this guy a Lesson.

There was a sudden gust of wind as Kuma traveled extremely fast and landed in front of the guy he had just met. Looking down the guy in front of him was obvious surprised. It wasn't often that a warlord appeared before you. With his Bible still in hand the giant in front of the man began to take off his brown gloves, revealing his Paw Pads, that was his devil fruit. This guy was both lucky and unlucky. Not many people have seen Kuma Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, but not many people have lived to tell the tale. The Huge Giant looked down and uttered the few words he spoke regularly.

"If you were to travel, where would you like to go"

At that Kuma waited for a Response from the unlucky and frightened guy in front of him.

"If anything, he looks like he's wearing pajamas," continued Jin, shaking his head to himself in puzzlement. Then the thought was dismissed from his head, his destintion becoming more important. If he wasn't quick, he would end up being late for work and that hardly ever happened. Jin didn't want to start now either.

That was when he pratically smacked right into another obstacle. "Huh?" Jin exclaimed since this time he had been being relatively careful where he had been walking. Looking upward, since the man was far taller than him, Jin was surprised to see that the man from before was in front of him.

"How did you...?" Jin questioned softly, glancing backward only momentarily but not daring to take his eyes off the man for too long. Something about him seemed dangerous. The face also looked familiar even though he couldn't place it at the moment.

When the man asked him if he were to travel, where he would like to go, Jin just frowned. What was this guy getting at?

"I'd like to sail with a crew around the world actually. But... Unless you're giving away free tickets, I really need to get to work," Jin answered back before scooting around the Shichibukai, still unaware of the man's power, and then attempting to walk away quickly again.

The man that stood before Kuma obviously didn't know who he was talking to or what Kuma could do to him. It was obvious to the few people still around that the guy was in trouble, because the gloves were off. People looked worried for the man, and so they should as Kuma was about to make his move. As the man didn't pick a Location Kuma picked for him, a Building to the right of them was where the man was going. The small man had already moved from where he was standing, but there wasn't a Problem. With another Gust of air Kuma had moved again, but their was a difference. Kuma's hand was raised up, which blocked the sun and caused a Shadow over the man.

A second later the huge Paw-padded hand came down, to strike the man. The swing was surprisingly fast for a man of Kuma's build, add the fact that he just appeared in front of the man again, the attack was going to be hard to dodge. As soon as the Paw-pad connected to the guys Body, he vanished. There was no bubble protecting him though and the man would fly straight into, the large building. The man flew at a high velocity, and there was a large crashing sound, as the man flew straight through one side and out of the other. Spectators were shocked and attempted to help the beaten man, but Kuma wasn't done yet. Yet another gust of wind was made by the large man propelling himself to the mans location. Kuma Had his gloves back on when he appeared next to the man that now looked like he was in pain, and spoke again.

"You will not disrespect me"

The movement was swift. Jin's narrowed eyes had only a moment to switch from their focus ahead to the side when the man struck. An ungloved hand, which Jin saw very briefly, came flying toward him. For a moment the Clothing Salesman saw that the hand was unusual. His eyebrows raised slightly as he realized that there was a mark of a paw on the man's hand.

What happened next was terrible, destructive, and painful. Jin felt his body being sent at high speed after the hand made contact with him. He wasn't even sure what it was that had happened. Instead he felt his body shoot sideways as though it had been loaded into a rocket and shot off.

His body slammed into something hard. A cry of pain escaped his lips but it all happened too fast for him to do anything about. Things tore into his body, ripping his clothes and causing various cuts all over him. He had no clue that the cuts were caused by having been sent through an entire building and coming out the other side. He fell to the ground on his back and laid there, unmoving from the pain.

"..."

Jin stirred. Blood was pooling under him from the cuts but they were, luckily for him, not life-threatening. In fact, he still had the strength to move, speak, and even be funny.

"W... what... what w... was that guys... problem?" Jin questioned to himself as he brought his head up to look around and then allowed it to hit the hard ground again as he gasped for air and tried to surpress the pain that screamed at him in his mind. Finally he managed to sit up, looking cautiously around for any sign of the man having come back. He wondered if whatever the guy had done, he thought Jin dead now. Hopefully that was the case.

Jin looked up. It wasn't. The big guy was lording right over him.

"Back... For some fashion advice?" Jin managed to crack smartly.
