Looking for help to get started

Hi there!

I was looking to get started around here and was wondering if anyone felt like helping me out? I wanted to do Mission #17, but I'm not 100% sure how these work, do I just post a new thread in the Calm Belt and hope/ask for someone to play the fisherman NPC?
