Eldoran Island. A beautiful shaped place, that also had some secrets. Perfect for a down-to-earth, headstrong brave heart.
That's not what this story is about.
A tall man, six foot four infact, was walking the back alleys of Eldoran. He was wearing a marine admiral's jacket, black waist coat, white pants and a white shirt.
"We have heard rumors of an illegal fighting ring here in Eldoran Island. Infiltrate it and stop it!"
That was the brief, and now the star of our fine show, Koishi "Buraion", comes to a small plaza. Ten metres away from him is a small house with a man guarding it's entrance. Tucking his admiral's jacket under his arm, Buraion walked up to the man.
"Is this the Eldoran fighting ring?" he inquired, his voice sounded a little bored, he already knew the answers.
"What if it is?"
"I would like to enter it." he stated. Saying the lines he had rehearsed on his way to the small dirty shack.
"We have a small test, we have standards here you know. If you fail, you get killed. Once you're in the ring you stay in it for life. Do you agree?"
Koishi nodded slowly.
"And wipe that stupid grin off of your face, this is serious business."
The man unlocked the door, and lead Koishi down into a dark cellar.
To his surprise, Koishi could here a buzzing noise and clapping, as if some excitement was going on. The man turned on a light, and Koishi could see a receptionist's office with a glass back wall. A lady was at the counter looking bored.
"Linda-we have a new one, what was your name again?"
"Koishi, but you can call me Buraion."
"Buraion."
The receptionist scribbled down the name onto a piece of paper.
"Sign here please." she said.
Koishi walked over to the counter slowly, taking all the time in the world. He bent over and scribbled his name onto the paper. The noise in the background grew louder, and looking through the glass wall, Koishi could see a fight going on. A short muscular man was in a head lock, and was suffering. Koishi couldn't see the tormentor because of the receptionist.
"Now for the test." said the man. He startled Buraion, his sudden speech shocking Buraion out of his trance. Getting into a combat position, the man charged at Buraion. Bored, he leapt to the side, and swung an unnamed punch. The guard was sent sprawling across the floor. Tilting his head to the side, Koishi said
"Did I pass?"
