The cool breezes and fair weather made for a relaxing day on the Merchant ship. It almost made Farris restless for adventure, or something exciting to happen. Not for the sake of combat mind you, but to help shake her from this acursed writter's block. She had been trying to write a new song for weeks while on this ship and had only managed to get:
"Through the mists,
On the harbor,
Dancing lights,
On the water..."
Sure it was a fine start, but hardly enough to be proud of for three weeks of work. The wind played with Farris' mint-blue hair, making her long ponytail dance wildly, much to her irritation. Maybe if a Seaking attacked or if they ran into pirates or something... maybe that would stir her muse into giving her something she could turn into music. The musician turned as one of the merchants neared. "Well miss Farris, you look positively miserable... Or is that part of your "image"?" The fat old codger asked with a hearty belly jiggling chuckle. "Hey ya old fart... Yeah I guess I am. I got a horrible case of writter's block." She replied with a smirk as they made light conversation. "Hmm? That so? Well, I'm sure it'll come to you." He said looking out over the sea ahead of her. The two were at the front of the ship and above deck so the view was quite nice.
"Will be nearing the East Blue soon. Your presence as a bodyguard will pay for your passage so I wouldn't worry." The old merchant stated turning and preparing to walk back into the ship. "Yeah, I guess so..." Farris stated not all that happy with the fact that she had yet to play any of her music for the crew, and that she may not have the chance soon. "By the way old man... Where exactly in East Blue are we going?" She added as a subject change. "Oh? Didn't I tell you?" He said then paused until Farris shook her head. "A famous town, called Rogue Town. The market is exquisite there." He said before continuing on his way into the ship. Farris looked to the sky, "Rogue Town... I think... I've heard of it before." She muttered in thought
