Wildhearted
A fierce woman who follows her heart in everything she does, Yaotl Hehewuti is charged with a wild ferocity seldom tamed. Boisterous and aggressive, she’s very much a slave to her whimsy and emotion, much to the detriment of those who decide it’s a good idea to cross her. Fortunately, she’s actually quite difficult to anger by most metrics, which is probably a good thing given her physical strength. Overall, her spirit is wild and free, and she will forgo any semblance of typical civilised order in favour of necessity.
Machine’s Antithesis
Hetty does not understand nor like technology. Basic mechanisms are ultimately fine, though she may treat them cautiously. Advanced machinery, however, is her greatest nemesis. When faced with any kind of automation or tool, she is often far more aggressive about it, and will willingly attack and ‘hunt’ such monsters. She effectively treats such things as fiends of a sort, becoming agitated by their presence.
Hands On
Miss Yaotl very much experiences the world through more direct media, preferring to grab and handle materials or objects with which she is unfamiliar, rather than just asking. She will ask if curious, but one can expect a target of her curiosity to already have been pulled and tossed about with little concern. Hehewuti is more than likely to break something fragile in her quest to understand what it is than to treat anything gently, and will often bite or eat things to test them as well, regardless of how many times it ends up being to her detriment.
Deeds, Not Words
Hehewuti can come across as rather rude at times, though this is simply down to the fact that she is not traditional in the sense of most cultural norms. More specifically, titles and status mean very little to her, and neither does the supposed authority that comes with such things. If you’re a fool who flaunts purported power without being able to back it up, then you’re just a fool to be ignored. She’s never purposefully rude, however.Appearance
Height:– 5’8”, approx. 173 cm
Build:– Athletic Hourglass
Eye Colour:– Dark Amber
Hair Colour:– Blonde & Light Brown
Skin Tone:– Light Brown & Ruddy
Notable Features:– Head Scar
Yaotl Hehewuti is approximately 5’8” in height when standing straight and proud, possessing a light brown and notably tanned skin tone tinged with a natural redness born of healthy circulation. Her hourglass form supports a good amount of flesh on her bones, with notable muscle tone around her upper arms and thighs. Another notable feature is her skeletal structure is a little more pronounced where it can be seen, including a thicker jawline, brow, and shoulders.
Hetty’s visage is somewhat squared and strong of jaw. Most of her features are a little more pronounced compared to those of the average woman, with a sturdy nasal bridge and a prominent brow. Her sharp eyes have a dark amber colouration and are somewhat deep set, but blaze with vitality. Thick and bushy hair—a mix of lighter brown shades and darker blonde—forms a wild cascade that stretches from her head all the way down her back, even advancing a bit beyond her rear, and seems messily brushed back, giving her an overall wild and savage look, especially as it is quite prickly and rigid. She has a noticeable scar on her head, running from a little above her right eyebrow and crossing her temple and into her hairline, leaving a notable bare patch in her hair around it.
Preferred Wardrobe
Hehewuti generally dresses in a manner that suits her more primal nature, favouring hides and furs, scales and feathers—animal skins of various sorts are used to create garb that supports her and provides sufficient protection from the elements. Natural colours such as shades of green, earthy reds and browns, and more are common amongst her attire. Colourful feathers and beads are sometimes used as hair accessories, sometimes as a sort of head dress, and she even wears woven scarves.Other Details

Nothing of note…Fighting Style
Yaotl Hehewuti is a wild fighter, but not a mindless one. Coupling heightened athleticism, strength, and durability with the use of strange ancient weapons carved of stone and crystal, Hehewuti storms the battlefield against opposition mundane and marvellous alike. Her aggressive style focuses on ripping opponents apart, piece by piece, and excels against heavily armoured adversaries, allowing her to quickly create weak points before going in for punishing blows. She does carry a few other pieces of equipment with her as well, including a short bow and quiver of arrows, a hand axe, and a dagger.Aspects
Primal Power

Strength
Hehewuti’s natural physiology and physical lifestyle have given her a much greater level of raw might than the average human. She’s able to lift and drag much greater weight than most could hope to with very little effort, lifting large logs and small boulders and tossing them aside with little problem. Her strikes are also especially potent thanks to this raw might.
Thick Skinned

Toughness
Between a sturdy bone structure and resilient hide, Hehewuti’s body is exceptionally tough, able to withstand blows that would leave severe injury with little more than minor to moderate damage in its stead. Superficial injuries seldom breach her resistant body, and only exceptionally powerful blows are likely to leave any lasting wounds or internal injury.
Bounding Leaps

Agility
Hehewuti’s natural agility is somewhat focused around leg strength, rather than all-round mobility, but that doesn’t stop her from being an exceptionally mobile individual. Leaping and bounding across uneven terrain and using vertical surfaces to rebound from, she can cross hazardous terrain with little issue, and can combine this with her hunting prowess to outplay predator and prey alike.

“Chain Serpent Gauntlet”
Hehewuti’s most notable tool takes the form of an unusual gauntlet found upon her right arm in most cases, crafted of intricately carved and surprisingly dense stone to resemble the head of some kind of snake. The weapon features unusual fangs made of some type of polished crystal, and is partially mechanised using an intricate arrangement of levers and a length of chain, allowing the head to be cast out like a flail or grappling hook. Oddly enough, Hetty does not see this weapon as encroaching upon her personal vendetta against machinery, though it is far from fully mechanical in nature. The weapon’s unusual workings are perhaps what make it so unique. The weapon’s name is an approximation of the Nahuatl translation and a portmanteau, derived from the word for chains and the name for snakes…
- Crystalline Scales
Tier ★ / 100 X-Poinz
Iron-like Resilience
The Tepozmecoatl’s structure is mostly formed of a dense stone with an uncharacteristically strong crystal lattice, and its fangs appear to be made of the same stone, just metamorphosed at some point. Because of this, almost every exposed segment of the weapon’s form is as durable (if not more so) than regular steel, meaning that Hehewuti can use it defensively as well as offensively.
Rending Fangs
Tier ★ / 100 X-Poinz
Armour Piercing
The Tepozmecoatl’s crystallised fangs are built with purpose in mind. Whatever process created them has made them so sturdy, sharp, and resilient that they can readily puncture similarly dense materials with comparative ease. Within the weapon’s jaws, stone can be crushed and steel plate can be punctured, though it should be noted that these fangs were explicitly designed to pierce and rend rather than smash clean through.Techniques

Using Set: “Tepozmecoatl”, “Primal Power”
Hehewuti swings her arm and triggers the release mechanism within Tepozmecoatl, causing the head to detach and the chain to unreel as the force of the swing sends it hurtling forwards. With the mechanism released, the jaws of the snake’s head open to bare its fangs, which impale and clamp around a target in an inescapable bite by reactivating the mechanism. This allows Hehewuti to attack enemies at reach, or manipulate her environment and movement by using a target as an anchor point. Releasing the mechanism slackens the chain and allows the jaws to loosen.

Using “Primal Power”, “Bounding Leaps”
Hehewuti advances or descends upon her target with a powerful leap, raising a weapon such as Tepozmecoatl or her axe (technically any object will do), or even just a leg, and bring it down upon her target with as much force as she can muster to deal a heavy blow. Background

Origins, Birth & Early Years
Yaotl Hehewuti has no real recollection of her past. In fact, the name isn’t even her original birth name, but rather one that was given to her later in life. Still, despite being unaware of it, she was born to an honest working class parentage, and an only child. She never seemed particularly bright, choosing to teeth on wooden blocks, and haphazardly tossing the very same objects at whomever tried to take them from her. It was less a matter of lack of intelligence, however, and more a lack of focus.
Over time, Hetty’s parents exposed her to as many possibilities as they could, trying to find that one thing that would capture their daughter’s spark of ingenuity—that thing that would click with her. However, for the most part, she was far too heavy-handed, too impatient, or showed very little interest in whatever they presented. Things either didn’t capture her attention or were quickly damaged beyond repair. This would eventually change, however, when her aspiring entrepreneur father finally managed to establish himself in the industry.
Labour & Loss
Hehewuti’s father was an engineer, at least a hobbyist, but his inventions in the field of mechanical science had finally caught the interest of esteemed nobility and other curious parties that were now willing to recognise the tinker’s genius. However, in the earlier years of his career, manual labour was still very much a necessary part of getting off the ground, and to that end Hehewuti was invaluable. She loved helping her father, who had actually managed to make toys for her in her childhood that had survived her tremendous physicality, and jumped at the chance to help him further. Even if she wasn’t capable of replicating his genius, she was athletically capable of dealing with the more extreme manual tasks required.
This closeness and development continued for many years, up until one fateful voyage at sea. While helping to transport some of her father’s machines to another island, their ship was caught in a fierce storm, rocking the ship and threatening to capsize it with how ferocious a maelstrom it was. During the voyage, securing ropes and cables came loose and, while trying to secure some of the cargo, Hehewuti was struck in the head by one of the machines as the wild waves tore it from its restraints. Such a blow knocked her unconscious and cast her overboard, and the sight of it swinging towards her was the last clear memory she would have.
Child of the Serpent King
When she opened her eyes, she was in unfamiliar territory, and aside from a few images and words that flashed through her mind, she could not recall any of her past. Even so, she was surrounded by people she had never seen before, who worshipped the land populated by what they called feathered serpent gods. They had found her washed ashore after a storm and had taken her in, treated her head wound, and nursed her back to health. To them, she was delivered to them as a test of their charity and potential, and they were unsure if they had succeeded.
Hehewuti was given a new name, unable to recall her own, and was rehabilitated. She was taught how to fight and to hunt; physical acts that she ultimately clicked with and adapted to, even against the fierce creatures that inhabited the island she had appeared at. And after a few years of proving herself, the people that had taken her in deemed her perhaps worthy of an ancient tool, once wielded by a legendary hero of their past. It was called ‘Tepozmecoatl’, a weapon to be worn on the arm, and it was to be given to Hehewuti as part of the elders’ prophecy.
Prophetic Purpose
According to the elders of the people, a prophecy had been established long ago, that under the guise of a raging storm, the gods would deliver unto them a protector who would strike out against the iron evils of hostile nations that threatened the balance of nature. To these people, Hehewuti had checked most of those boxes, and the final nail in securing it was that she could clearly recount what sounded to them as the description of such menaces. With boat and sail and weapons in hand, Hehewuti would set off to pursue destiny, though perhaps note even fate itself knew what was in store…
