Brief Synopsis: Toki and Yoshi were assisting on the farms on the island, when word of failing crops caught their attention. One farm's owner, Mrs. Bentley, needed help in finding the cause, and both offered it. After staking out one of the fields, a sharply dressed Devil Fruit user named Rickard Grant used a pesticide themed ability to ruin the crops so he could drive away the populace. This was all to build factories on the island. Toki and Yoshi were able to apprehend Rickard and save the harvest.
