Appearance

The Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Dokkaebi resembles a kabocha (or danhobak). Its skin is a sickly looking blue green with a swirling pattern that turns into flames. The fruit appears to glow from within with an eerie flickering light. The fruit is tough and hard to bite. When bitten into, the fruit feels like biting into cold itself and tastes like feces.

  In their full beast transformation, the Devil Fruit user becomes a true Dokkaebi. They sprout wispy white fur all over their body with a faint blue glow. Their appearance becomes markedly more bestial, their hands turning into claws and their face elongating into a fearsome looking snout. Their horns grow out and curl backwards, branching out into jagged, sharp ends. Large fangs protrude from their colossal maw. The skin beneath their fur is a deep blood red which appears almost black on the extremities.

  In their half beast transformation, the Devil Fruit user takes on a combination of qualities of their original and Dokkaebi forms. Their skin changes color to a deep red with a greenish blue gradient on their extremities. Two short horns sprout from their forehead. Their hair takes on a wispy almost flame or cloud like appearance with a faint purple glow. Their teeth become more canine and long, protruding out from their lips. Their fingernails elongate and sharpen into claws, darkening to a deep black.

  The mythical Dokkaebi has the ability to transform into a wispy fiery cloud of mist and rain, seeming to disappear. This affords them a logia-like intangibility while transformed, preventing them from being harmed through conventional means. This intangible state allows the Dokkaebi to float on the wind and fly.
  
  
• Dokkaebibul ”Will O’ Wisp”

  Wreathed in an eerie blue flame, the Devil Fruit user has the ability to enchant inanimate objects with otherworldly wisps of cloudy flame that are cool to the touch. These wisps can float around in the air freely and so can the objects they enchant. Objects enchanted in this way come to life and respond to the Devil Fruit user’s commands. Enchanted objects can also transform and change shape into little bestial humanoid minions made of the enchanted material.

• Kairoseki ("Sea-Prism Stone") debilitates the user by sapping their strength and prevents them from consciously controlling or activating their power.
• Submersion in water renders the Devil Fruit user immobile and causes them to sink, preventing conscious control of their abilities.
• Alcohol can force them to materialize when they’re in their misty body state, allowing their defenses to be bypassed. Alcohol can also douse their Dokkaebibul and any object enchanted by it, causing the object to become inert. Objects doused or soaked in alcohol are immune from being enchanted by the Dokkaebibul.
