"Next....Time... Wait..."
Hey eyes opened, finding only the sight of dirt, rubble and brickwork filling her vison. As she pulled herself up the rubble her head was buried in fell away, leaving a perfect imprint of her face stuck in the ground below her, almost looking up back at her like a photo made of rock and masonry. With a few blinks of confusion and a slight sniffle, making more dust fall from her face, she shot back up sitting cross legged staring at the face hole before her, much to the sudden surprise of the citizens who had gathered around after the commotion the marine and that group of others had caused hours earlier. As she rubbed the back of her head, a bold and the least scared of the onlookers approached, reaching out slowly, shakily, nervous of girl.
"Hey...Are you Alri..."
Suddenly Sukkari shot up off the ground, getting up onto her feet and having a good, long stretch. One leg at a time, hands on her ankle as she looked around. With absolutely no idea where she was, or how she'd gotten there. Or how for that matter she'd ended up signing the floor with her face. All she knew was, her head was pounding like a steel drum. However it happened, it must have been one heck of an impact to knock the sense out of her thick skull. The Poor man who'd approached had backed off by this point, steps backwards from her but still found himself caught like a deer in headlights, frozen as the marine turned and looked calmly at him. For the longest time nothing was said, no movement from either of them, not even a tumbleweed for good measure. Until just as suddenly as she shot up, Sukkari beamed a broad smile his way, patted him on the head and happily strolled on past him.
"So where exactly am I? For the life of me I can't remember a thing.." she stated, for some reason her head was full of images of her captain throwing her off the island she was.... Still on?
"This is Fuschia Town. You've...been in the ground for a few hours now. What the hell happened here?!" Understandably confused and concerned the man turned to face her, only to freeze again as she saw her bent over backwards, hands on her lower back her face upside down looking right at him on his shorter level. This time she looked confused herself.
"Fuschia Town? Rings a Bell..." Righting herself she turned and squatted down a bit for the shorter man, smiling back at him. "...Was I with anyone? more Marines? Anything?"
"I d-don't know, we found you in that crater about Two hours ago"
And before he could continue the Marine was already off, leaving him shouting angry expletives in the background and hopping around like an Angry Gnome. Grabbing her coat that had been caught on a fence this whole time, putting it back on as she went, walking towards what she assumed would be the town center. From there it would be the docks and then, hopefully she'd hook back up with her ship. Hopefully...
