Iko Iko no Mi
English Name: Swap Swap Fruit
Classification: Paramecia
Owned By: Chione K. Thutmose (Not yet consumed)
Appearance: The Iko Iko no Mi is a peculiar pineapple fruit that has blossomed into that of a flower. It's petals still protecting the fruit within yet giving off a sweet scent (quite deceptive for a devil fruit), these petals are black with the pattern of the devil fruit and at the tips of each a cool yellow. Sprouting from inside the top of the fruit lies its a stem in a mahogany hue also with the pattern of the cursed fruit.
Ability: As a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, the user is transformed into a Swap Human capable of altering the properties of one inanimate object with that of another. This ability can be activated by physically touching an object, item, or weapon with one hand and completing the transfer of properties by touching another item. The user could, for example, swap the properties of a cannon ball and a marble, making the cannon ball a dud and the marble explode like a ten pound ball of gunpowder making for quite the damaging surprise. At the lowest level of the fruits mastery the user is only able to swap the properties of two items(1 circuit) at a time and will void the swap if they create another circuit; albeit if a cannon ball or bomb explodes as a marble or trinket the object will remain a dud.
Weaknesses: Thanks to the Devil Fruits 'curse' the user is now an enemy of the sea and when submerged under any body of water are robbed of the ability to use their powers or swim thus sinking into the sea.
Seastone effects the user similarly to that of the sea without the need to be submerged in water. The user is robbed of their strength and unable to use their powers.
Flames are very detrimental to the user as they need to touch objects to swap properties. Receiving burns from the flames will make the user unable to touch objects and swap properties.
Swords and other sharp objects may also create a barrier for the user as having their hands damaged will make it difficult to use their fruit powers. In most combat situations it'd be best to avoid defending blades with their palms.
Being as though the properties of objects are swapped the user can be injured by them as long as it holds the properties of say a dangerous object.
Lastly, the user is incapable of swapping the properties of living creatures nor the ability of devil fruits. Such a power succeeds what the ability is capable of.
