Let's make some history together, eh~?
And there… It… Goes~! No matter the comfort or cuteness a stiletto heel hardly the ideal form of footwear when one was straddling the timber and tethers which made up a ships rigging, Samantha Stevens paid little attention to matters of discipline in dress as she perched atop the highest crossbeam she could find in order to take in the distance of the horizon, and waved away the sight of the last remnants of land upon it with a girlish sense of glee.
Adventure starts here~ Never one who found much relish in the idea spending all that much time confined to a single realm and feeling as if her latest endeavour was feeling long overdue, transitory matters like accruing willing manpower and all the more so winning the right kind of financial favour with focused fashion and fluttering lashes were finally out of the way, and with the wood around her creaking and sighing the sapphire eyed siren could practically taste the delight of a new discovery in the air. After all, she had a good feeling about this little dalliance ever since the outset, didn't she?
"M-Miss, you're not really supposed to be…?"
Not everyone seeming to take such a laissez faire approach to her appearance or more accurately the more avant-guard approach she took toward the notion of passage on a craft like this, though she found herself a girl who enjoyed that salty spray in the air and the briskness which accompanied it, from the looks of things it seemed that she was in a somewhat unwelcome locale and while Samantha reckoned that the bashful discomfort she was shown because of this was something she could exploit in the right circumstance ultimately she opted not to cause a scene. Or at least, not too much of one, at least.
“Busted, hm~? Well, you can't blame a girl for being curious, can you~?” Smirking and shaking her head as one of the crew popped his head up to her perch and seemed stunned and a little embarrassed to find a pretty woman waiting for his watch in the crow's nest, the fair fox showed a little devilry in how she batted those long lashes and lingered for a moment to lure him in, with full expectation of surprising him in her customarily showy fashion but a second later.
“Catch me later~” Lulling a lad into a false sense of discomforting security with her smile and the lingering stare she gave before tipping backward in a manner designed to cause a momentary sense of alarm, the devilish diva delighted in demonstrating the near inhuman grace she possessed as she turned over and travelled down toward the deck in the fastest and most fearless matter, and then landed with both aplomb and arms spread as if she was expecting a line of parties to offer up placards to rate her performance. But alas, they never were, were there~?
I suppose it is about time I checked on our new recruit, isn't it~? Instead left with only the satisfaction of casting her eager eyes back upward and seeing a wide gaze and worried soul catching a breath of relief to witness her safe and stylish landing, after straightening up and dusting herself off Miss Stephens couldn't help but think of the men she had arrived with, and for that reason felt a sudden surge of rudeness as well.
Hopefully the pup isn't hazing him too much, eh~? It a little uncouth of her to skip out in search of seaward stimulation after all and leave her entourage waiting on her direction and even more the pleasure of wit which was offered by her company, the flaxen femme flattened her hair and shook her head, and then headed back below deck in search of acquaintance old and new. After all, they had suffered the lament of loneliness without her for long enough, right~?
