The Holy Remunen Empire has many islands and many citizens, yet one particular island holds very few people, all of which share one very prominent feature. The large, stone-like noses of the people of Naso are known far and wide in the empire, particularly to those on the island with which they share a home. Baetica, Located in the south-west of the Empyreal territory, was known for this city, its stonework, and its pottery. What it was not known for is its doctors, of which there were very few. One doctor, new to the city and very different from what is normal around these parts stood out like a sore thumb in the crowd of people walking the city streets on this humid afternoon.
Carrying carious supplies, the tall figure of a wolf mink clad in a leather jacket and jeans could be seen making their way out of the city carrying a few bags worth of supplies. The quiet once outside the city was exactly what Gin needed after a long day of caring for patients and shopping for more supplies. Though his day was nearly over, he knew a few more patients might need emergency care. His home was his office, and as he entered through his front door, the smell of medicine and rubbing alcohol assaulted his sensitive nose. The first room he saw was a crudely made but well maintained medical room. He had obtained the first of his supplies with trading and labor, but after making a name for himself and slowly building up his supplies over the past couple years, he finally had enough name recognition to live a stable life.
Okami Gin was a rough mink to be around. His rather grumpy looking face scared away most normal customers and was practically an invitation for the less savory of individuals. Since first establishing himself, many pirates, former marines, revolutionaries, and bounty hunters had visited his office to get fixed up after a harsh fight. He had treated most of them, refusing those that bring trouble to his door, even at the threat of violence. Those who thought they could run without payment suffered from his worst punishments and were turned in to the authorities on the island. If there was one thing Gin couldn't stand it was a cheat. Luckily, he had developed several "remedies" for unruly individuals who wouldn't sit still to be treated.
Finally, after putting away all of his supplies, Gin was able to sit, relax, and eat his dinner which had gone cold some hour or so ago. Still, food was food and he wasn't going to let it go to waste!
