So i am getting a hankering for a bleach RP. No matter where i have looked every system is highly tailored to PVP and is heavily stat based and filled with people who are highly toxic.
The idea is to take a copy of the BV system, apply a RNG basis for PvP and have threads where PvP is the main focus a staff member can come in and referee what is going on.
