"Good work men! The ship looks great! As usual, fine job! However, let's test out this beauty before sending it off elsewhere. You men deserve a nice break. Granted, I'll have you do some chores, too. Now, get to it!"
The Lieutenant in charge of Taavi's shipbuilding unit then blew his whistle and barked out orders to the shipwright Marines. Taavi and a couple other fellow Marines were ordered to fill the hull with cargo in order to test out the carrying capacity of the ship. The wind was strong today so the Lieutenant probably wanted to test out the ship properly. Usually the ships are tested by another division but this change inn pace must have some reason behind it. Anyway, Taavi and his fellow Marines loaded to cargo hold with barrels. Some barrels were empty while others held food and the like. Others held currency for whatever reason.
"Man, I wouldn't mind some actual break time once in a while," groaned a fellow Marine helping load cargo, "well, at least more break time than normal."
Taavi just grinned, shook his head, and replied, "More break time than usual? You shirk off as is anyway. I see you getting some shut eye when the Lieutenant isn't watching us, hehehe."
The other Marine chimed in at the sounds of witty banter, "Ha! Says the man that works too hard for his own good! You need to know what extra break time feels like, Taavi. Otherwise, you'll collapse in front of the Lieutenant!"
The banter went on, back and forth, until finally everything was where it should be. The cargo hold was loaded and the Marines fell back in line to receive more orders from their Lieutenant. The Lieutenant inspected the medium sized ship with his eyes, simply scanning it for any obvious mistakes, "Looks good men. Now, let me introduce you to another unit from another division, here to help guard this ship on our trip." A small unit of Marines came from behind the Lieutenant, also in formation. They saluted the commanding officer, were ordered to get on the ship, and did just that. Not much of an introduction, but that's just how life here is, "Now that the introduction is out of the way, let's get on the ship! Wherever you were assigned just now, go back there and guard that area!"
Another whistle was blown and the formation scattered to their positions. Taavi and his two Marine buddies went back to the cargo hold and proceeded to guard it on their way to some location that Taavi didn't know of, "Seems like this isn't just a test of the ship, but also a supply run." Taavi's fellow Marines simply shut their eyes and slept, trusting that Taavi wouldn't rat them out for taking some extra break time. Taavi sighed and just did was he was told, without ratting out his fellow 'inmates,' so to speak.
The ship docked in some unknown location. Well, not all that unknown considering there was a thriving port town, but Taavi didn't know exactly where they were. All he was told were his orders; unpack the ship's cargo hold and bring back the new supplies. An odd order considering the supplies were basically the same, just a little less. Perhaps this was still somewhere in the Ilusia Kingdom. Relief efforts did happen from time to time. B-4 is known for helping the poor of Ilusia due to how difficult it really is to be poor in this country. At first the Marines set up for the great timber, but their efforts slowly shifted to relief efforts. A noble and just cause if any. However, not all relief efforts were made public, such as this one. Taavi kept quiet like his fellow Marines and did his work, loading the cargo hold with 'just as many supplies' as they came with.
