Personality
Geiger is a true-blue grifter, someone with excess charm but too little authenticity to make use of it. Outside of all but the most vapid and socially helpless circles, his ability to feign competence and coolness means he's too busy trying to appear that way to really act with any intelligence. He's quick to resort to lies and wild claims if he feels his importance in a dynamic slipping, even if it means being a perpetual pretender. As a career criminal, Geiger is someone who has no remorse for the people he's conned or the trash he's peddled, rather seeing them as badges of pride. If there's anything he's ever been good at, it's turning over a quick buck on a sucker who should have known better. That said, he couldn't have gotten this far alone and knows that, treating his business associates with a more than generous measure of fairness and respect for an unrepentant thief. There's a family-like appreciation for the people who have kept him in the game so far but these are the people who are most aware of his inability to connect meaningfully. To Geiger, friendship is a business transaction - a favor for a favor.
Appearance
Geiger considers good looks key to all other endeavors. His hair is a dark red and naturally curly, but he's gone to pains to straighten and slick it into a greasy side part. His bronzy tan is something he's more comfortable with, stemming entirely from his Lunarian heritage. The unevenly colored freckles on the bridge of his nose and cheeks are considered by him to ruin his otherwise perfect complexion. Geiger isn't a fighter and doesn't appear that way, lacking the scars or muscle that are common for that type. He isn't unathletic either though, having just enough muscle and fat as to not be in excess of either. The only thing that stands out about him are his shoulders. He hides his extra arm joint in his shoulders, making it seem like he has especially broad shoulders to the casual observer. This alone makes him seem much bigger than he really is, which he leans into with oversized tartan dress suits and bagged breeches.
Fighting Style
Prey Instinct
Evasive, Aerial Attacks, Devil Fruit
The rooster has no concept of fair and unfair and this actually makes it quite a slippery combatant. It is familiar with its size and feathery assets and employs them skillfully, flapping its tail and feathers in an opponent's face to blind them before striking with its claws. It is capable of more 'stand up' fighting but focuses on evasive maneuvering even then, bobbing its head or leaping away from and then back into the fight with inhuman swiftness.
Threat Display
Lunar Flame, Misdirection, Arsenal
Geiger uses his Lunar Flame not to bolster his attacks but conceal them. He's learned the use of fire as a tool to ward off the meek, and that smoke and bright light still do a damn fine job of covering his tracks against the people insane enough to not be deterred by a fireball. He combines his dirty light show tactics with a shape shifting arsenal to give him the options he needs to tackle any obstacle. Mostly.
Aspects
Lunar Flame (★) / A-Voucher
Fire Generation
Geiger is well aware of his family's heritage and the Lunar Flame. His outlook on his inheritance of this power is a mixed sentiment. His flame rests in his mouth, and when lit it stretches across his mouth and cheeks, slithering out in forked shapes whenever he speaks no matter how tightly his lips are pressed together.
Toxic Personality (★) / A-Voucher
Smoke Generation
Geiger's Lunar Flame is special, naturally producing thick screens of smoke as noxious and irritating as he is. He makes great use of this quality in battle, blinding his enemies before coming down on them with a hail of bullets or stabs.
Legacy of the Flame (★) / A-Voucher
Inhuman Dexterity & Inhuman Reflex Switch Trait
Geiger's Lunarian blood is strong in him, changing the qualities of his body depending on the strength of his will and the flame he bears. When the Lunar Flame is lit, Geiger is at his best. He's swift and confident, ready to rain hell on anyone who thinks him an easy mark. The situation swings the other way when his flame is doused somehow, making him much more alert but jumpier and skittish as a result.
Devil Fruit
Geiger ate a Chicken SMILE that caused him sprout a whole rooster from his lower half. Hilarious, weird, and inconvenient. While he isn't able to make use of his SMILE to any extent really, the rooster that now controls his movement is rather fast and possibly more skilled than Geiger himself in a straight-up fight, making the pair deceptively dangerous... On a good day.
Fighty & Flighty (★) / Base Devil Fruit Aspect
Inhuman Reflex
True to its nature, the Red Waterfowl's greatest strength is its strong protective instinct. It's defensive sense keeps it just out of harms reach every time, defying human reaction by a mile.
Hotfoot (★) / 100 X-Poinz
Inhuman Agility
In the air and on the ground, the rooster Geiger is fused with is as slippery as they come. Its comfortable moving to, from, and in any position, making it hard to pin down and even harder to avoid.

Shapeshifting Weapon
A mysterious alloy that allows the weapon to shift between two preset configurations, with more capable of being programmed by a savvy metalworker. This weapon in particular has two forms: the first a long-handled thrusting dagger and the second a khopesh style sickle sword with a pronounced hook on the back of the blade.
Description:– A designer trick weapon. The wapometal blades of both forms are colored like ruddy gold, fitted on hilts made of red wood, with both components share a heavily ornate nature. The Switch-blade is a tool that equally values fashion and function, and something only a person like Geiger would ever commission.
Name:– Goldpiece
Fighting Style:– Threat Display
Aspects:-
Pennyshot (★) / 100 X-Poinz
Improved Impact
The Goldpiece is loaded with specialty ammo, handloaded from actual individual Belli coins, which give it, in Geiger's own words, "more BANG, and less pew." The practical result is lots of big holes in a target, and increased lethality.

Description:– A rotary three barrel coach gun fitted with a foregrip. The design is just as showy as the Switch-blade's, with gold bands wrapping around the black barrels and an embossed redwood grip.
Techniques
Threat DisplayName:– Dirty Fireworks
Fire Generation (★), Smoke Generation(★)
Geiger breathes out a screen of smoke and dazzling fire using his lunar flame. Effective as an attack with a very short range, but even more so in obscuring his next move made under it's cover!
Name:– Twist The Knife
Shapeshifting Weapon (★)
Geiger strikes between the Switch-blade's shape shifting transitionary period to conceal the nature of his attack and blade form until the very last second. He's not a swordsman, but he's a competent pretender, familiarizing himself with the movement patterns of unset Wapometal enough to use that brief second of formlessness as part of an attack.
Prey Instinct
Name:- Chicken Leg-It
Inhuman Agility(★)
The active representation of the roosters masterful movement, evasive footwork that can be used on the ground or in-motion, or even in the air to suddenly change speed and direction at the drop of a dime.
Background
Geiger comes from a clan of businessmen who can trace their heritage back to one Lunarian. A nameless individual who stole away from the Grand Line on an immigrant ship to the Dance Island colony some dozens of decades ago. They made a life among others seeking a better lot, content to toil away in fields all their days if that meant doing so out from under the eye of the tyrannical World Government. The Lunarian lived that life with a woman who loved them and they built a family that lasted until their passing, where all their spoils in wealth and knowledge were passed down. To be kept safe and sacred until the next generation came along.
The family hoarded wealth this way until the ancestors wishes for the safety and security of their children's children was twisted into greed. His descendants would be bar owners and sailors who were quick to ride the new wave of business that was forming in Minatsuki Town, backing the erection of the gambling and pleasant district industry as a way to bolster their own wealth. Even before that, they collaborated with less legitimate associates using their ship routes to smuggle contraband throughout the South Blue. At home, the Costner's are philanthropists investing money into island infrastructure and personally policing the districts around their properties where drunk and rowdy clientele might spill out into the streets. On the other half of the court, they broker with criminal elements as lords and ladies of the night to grow their capital and a fearsome reputation as cutthroat businessmen.
Successful operation in lawful and unlawful spectrums of the world - profit and anonymity - is important to the livelihood of their family, but so is keeping away from the World Governments influence. Knowing who they associate with in both halves of the world, they keep the secret of their inheritance to each other and hide it through trickery when they can't.
Raised with this loyalty to the dollar in mind, Geiger grew up learning only how to accrue more Belli for his family's purposes. His childhood was spent shadowing a nanny at family properties to learn what the family business really looked like. As a teen, it was the basics of brawling and management so he could take over for more senior members of the family when they were ready for their own promotions. The bits of life he's had that could have changed his trajectory we're short-lived. Puppy loves and loss in the family he processed without learning any substantial life lessons. Instead, he focused on pulling off a cleaner sell than his last and surviving through whatever scrapes the bad ones put him in. It all led up to his most recent assignment, which has marked not only the biggest change in his life but also a period of strife.
Though not his first time on an assignment that took him off the island, it was the first where the responsibility of seeing it through was entirely his own. It was the retrieval of a third-party delivery, contraband he was meant to then get off the island to another location for pickup. A new good from an unfamiliar source, but one that was too good to pass up, and that was all Geiger could be told, so said the boss of the boss. He conducted the initial meetup with a rice farmer and manager of one of the brewery properties his family had a hand in, and both oversaw the reception. They receives bushels of strange fruit that resembled apples from unfamiliar faces who told them to hurry with their delivery, and Geiger alone manned a caravan meant to get them across Dance Island to another port for shipping.
It was during that transit his caravan was attacked. From what direction, Geiger wasn't sure, and by who, he didn't know either. By the time he planted his feet to try and run or fight, he was taken down by the mysterious bandits. His efforts to talk his way out of the situation and then make a run for it ended in him being force-fed one of the fruits, an openly admitted attempt by his attackers to see if they were "any good".
Geiger remembers transforming next and being carried away by some force he couldn't recognize. They ran him all the way back to the initial drop point, Geiger waking the next morning to find that he had been fused with a chicken somehow. The contact who he had worked with to receive the fruits helped Geiger convalesce but warned him that the fruits needed to be recovered or a major deal would fall through for Geiger's family. With no other choice, Geiger prepares for a long term journey across the Blue Seas and beyond to redeem himself.
