"I wouldn't want either of us to accidentally get hurt in a friendly match, not when I don't know what ya plannin', and I don't want to get stuck anywhere longer than planned," He mused, before grinning, "but if we ever run into each other again in the future, I'll happily take ya up on that offer... time willin'." Lukas would look at Cassie a little, give her a soft smile and return to his food, finishing up his plate and taking a large gulp and putting the mug onto the counter, empty. He wasn't quite sure if he should get a refill yet or not, but he could feel the effects making things a little less lucid for him and he decided to at the very least slow down a bit for the moment.
With the nudge to his ribs he chuckled and rubbed his side as if she had done so harder. "I mean, don't get me wrong, after seein' ya fight part of me wouldn't mind takin' ya up on that offer." He said, before turning in his seat more to face her a bit more face on, leaning one arm on the bar. "Lisa and I though, we don't plan on stayin' in this town too long, if we can help it, so I'd rather not end up havin' to nurse an injury from ya." Lukas said, then with a sly grin, he added, "Unless ya agreed to be the nurse." Ok... a little flirting wouldn't hurt. Probably.
Suddenly feeling the urge to get a bit more drink, he called for the barkeep once more and got another refill of his drink, getting a cold sip. It helped clear his mind a little, for just a moment, but that was all the clarity he wanted. Lisa looked at him as he took a drink and she flicked her tongue at his ear to get his attention, and he looked over at her the best he could, considering her position on his shoulder. She just stared at him for a moment before shaking her head a little and he just smiled at her. "I won't go over-board with the drinks, I promise ya."
It was then revealed that not only did she run a bar in her past, but she also planned on taking a boat and leaving the island. Now he really wanted to save a possible spar with her for another time. "There see, ya headin' out tomorrow! Wouldn't want ya gettin' hurt on accident and missin' ya boat." He joked, before looking at the bar around them. "Yeh, I could imagine a place ya ran to be quite the place to go, with you at the head." Lukas mused, looking back to Cassie. At the invitation from Cassie, Lukas looked down to Lisa, who in turn looked up toward him before rolling her eyes a little and nodding, and Lukas couldn't help but grin widely.
"Got permission from Lisa here, we're free for the night as long as you'll have us!" He said, bowing his head toward Cassie slightly, before chuckling a little. "To Good Fights and Safe Travels." Lukas would say, lifting his mug for a toast.
