So, there’s a few things that need tackling here. First of all, I want to focus on the upgrade to the FiSt — specifically what it is the Aspect is intended to do. As far as I’m reading it, it seems to me you’re aiming for an Electricity Generation Aspect? As you have it, though, it feels more like two Aspects in one — electricity and some sort of Soru Mastery aspect.

The reason I bring this up is the Soru Technique. First off, you don’t so much upgrade a single technique to a higher rank, than gain improved variations of the technique. In this case, you wouldn’t be turning Soru into a higher Ranked technique, but gaining a new Technique that is an improved version of Soru. You can’t create an upgraded variant of a Technique without an Aspect, plus you can only increase the Rank by one per Aspect used.

There’s also the matter of X-Poinz costs.

TL;DR — Clarify what your Aspect is doing, as you won’t be able to create an upgraded variation of Soru without it. Also, upgrading your FiSt does not cost 600 X-Poinz — only 200 X-Poinz. Upgrading a Technique from Rank 2 to Rank 3 costs 100 X-Poinz. Also, you’ll have 125 X-Poinz worth of rebate from upgrading your FiSt.

Having found himself in battles that often last for hours at a time, if not days, Isaac Saifer's body has responded in kind. Stamina no longer seems to be a burden that needs to be considered and Isaac's body is able to endure and persist for lengthy periods at a time. Able to push himself past the limits of what would be considered normal, Isaac is able to continue fighting at full strength for almost ludicrous periods of time.

For Isaac, Soru is no longer used for quick bursts of speed but instead for extended periods of time and applications. Isaac's entire body seems to be able to move in a constant state of Soru. Now instead of being used to quickly close (or escape) a dangerous situation, Isaac is able to keep up the pace and speed for a much longer duration to the point it simply appears as if his already impressive base speed has increased to blinding proportions.

By merging both aspects, Isaac Saifer truly becomes the embodiment of speed. Gathering the electrical current his able to create with his aspect of Rìgh Dealanaich (Lightning King), Isaac pushes his Soru even further with his mastery over the technique. Able to now move at insanely blinding speeds for extended periods of time, Isaac's body moves so quickly that he is able to leave behind after images of himself. Isaac is able to create up to five different images of himself that each last for roughly thirty seconds before dissipating. These images mimic the last movements Isaac made, repeating the action before disappearing. These images are intangible and have no physical or corporeal form.

Description:–
Feeling the coursing surge of lightning from within and around his body, Isaac Saifer forces the electricity to form and take shape. Instead of just covering his limbs in the electrical energy, Isaac -through intense concentration- converts the lightning into an intricate armor. Isaac's chest and back are covered in a breast plate that is reminiscent of that of a knights. The energy around his legs take the form of thinly plated boots. The lightning covers his arms, turning them entirely a shade of blue. Floating around his right wrist and spreading up to his elbow is a single banded bracelet of connected crosses that serves as an arm guard. Atop Isaac's head sits a crown of connected crosses that is composed of the same energy.

While in this "armor," Isaac's strength and speed are greatly amplified. It should be noted that Isaac does not gain any defensive benefits inherently from the form the lightning takes like a traditional piece of armor does. Though this form greatly increases Isaac's physical capabilities, the main ability of this drive is the increased and refined control Isaac gains over his lightning generation. Now, this lightning becomes an extension of his body rather than something that simply surrounds him.

While powerful, using this drive requires an immense amount of concentration which rapidly drains Isaac of his stamina and physical strength. Both the time he is able to maintain this form as well as the amount of weapons he is able to create is greatly limited and reaching either threshold instantly depletes this form. Doing so leaves Isaac greatly exhausted and weakened.
