RebelliousLyn enjoys going against the grain. She's got a rebellious streak defiant of authority and organization. She sees what the correct thing to do is, and will do it despite the tellings of the rule of law or superiors. It was what made her once part of the Revolutionary Army.
TenaciousLyn is one stubborn girl. She's headstrong and is full of tenacity hard to move on many things. She has a single-minded way to getting through things that makes her difficult to deal with. In battle she sticks to her enemies like glue and is extremely dangerous to fight.
LoyalLyn is fiercely loyal. For her loyalty is a deeply personal thing, something earned and not freely given. She tends to focus her loyalty on a single person in whom she will tend to put her faith. For those who have her loyalty she will keep secrets indefinitely and perhaps never break that trust.

AppearanceLyn is a bombshell of a person, immediately interesting as she stands. She can tend to look very dangerous and if a little bit unstable. Her blonde hair is a flowing mess behind her, though she does her best to tie it up she is often so active that the ties come loose letting it flutter in the wind or water. She's a little pale, with whiteish skin that at times seems to have an almost silverish tone. She is lean, light, quick and nimble, a body full of activity. Bodily she looks more delicate than she is, her body unbeknownst to most has the strength of a combat veteran.
Having passed the age of thirty, Lyn's tail has split completely. She is known to prefer having two feet to the tail and thus is almost always found with her feet apart unless she really needs to swim at top speed. She has a penchant for dark clothing, wearing maroons and the like. Her clothing is often thin and light and somewhat formfitting. They allow her a certain amount of freedom when fighting. Unlike some though they have style to them, and are not purely utilitarian.

NavigatorLyn is an excellent navigator. While she isn't particularly skilled when it comes to reading weather patterns or the like, she can read the waves, the water like it is second nature to her. Through her travels she has seen a large part of the world, she knows how to navigate through it.
CommanderLyn used to hold a command position in the Revolutionary Army. It was a minor position though, she was a squad leader for a group of commandos. But she has experience leading groups and understands small unit tactics.

Lyn is a mixed fighter, though her main weapon is the sword. Her swordsmanship is complimented by a past practicing Merman Combat techniques that have built a solid foundation. Her swordsmanship itself is very balanced focusing neither on strength, nor speed alone. Her reputation is that of a ruthless swordswoman and that she is. Until recently she has fought while standing on her tail, so her skill has only improved with the splitting of it.
Aspects
Screeching Blade: Lyn has a specific style of swordsmanship that makes her blade create soundwaves as she swings it through the air when she wishes. The effect is multiplied in the water where the sound lasts longer and travels farther.

Rank 0 SwordA long somewhat thin straight sword. It is light enough for Lyn to wield it in a single hand though she is often seen using both. The hilt is long and the guard wide helping to protect her from response that aim at her hands.

{History}
31 Years AgoLyn was born in Fishman Island proper like most merfolk are. She had a somewhat normal life through her early years, helping out in the mermaid cafe though staying mostly in the back. Through it she met many different people from many walks of life as they passed through the Fishman Island.
10 Years AgoAt the age of 21 Lyn decided she wanted a change and joined Neptune's Army for a time.
7 Years AgoAfter a few years with Neptune's Army she was thrown out of the organization for insubordination. Freelancing for a bit she left Fishman Island and began to travel back into Paradise.
6 Years AgoA few freelance jobs later and Lyn found herself being recruited by none other than the Revolutionary Army. Where she never really fit in with Neptune's Army she found a home immediately among the Revolutionary Army.
3 Years AgoThough rising through the ranks took some time Lyn built a reputation as a swordswoman and was eventually moved to a forward commando unit meant for striking fast and early at marine positions.
1 Year AgoA year ago she was promoted to squad leader for her commando group whom she led in many actions in the Grand Line specifically the Bear Route. During this time she got her bounty and the name Demonette for her ruthless battle style.
Up Until PresentA few months ago her and her squad were captured. Not by marines but by the Black Coven. She was separated from the group and is currently awaiting being traded on the black market.
