A young Senshi Odayakama had recently docked at her home island Loguetown. Nothing seems to have changed very much as she had stepped onto the oak wood docks, breathing the salty air as she sees various people working hard. Fishers, traders, craftsman, and more stopping by before heading torwards the grandline. The redheaded marine had been dropped off with several other marines as she would head for the nearby base to check in. Word has it that the island has been increasing more and more on pirate influence as they seem to be getting bolder. More and more are eager to find the mystical "One Piece". Senshi herself had always thought it was hogwash, or something not worth searching for. Surely one should build up their own fortune rather then pillage it from the labor of others.
Senshi had walked, her katana shining in the sunlight as she prizes this blade. It's not really anything special, but holds her heart as the first blade she had ever received from her father. She would think of him often, and she would look a little glum as she thinks a lot about it. Senshi would then think of her deceased mother as she would sigh. Senshi Odayakama had ended up within the base within about a half hours walk. She would have submitted her form, and had been told almost immediately to find a person named Emile Reivelt, a warrant officer. Senshi had nodded and had saluted as she had went off to find this mysterious person. She would wonder why first of all she is being sent to this person.
Currently the leader of the base of the island has assigned Emile to tackle a issue of a crew of pirates causing problems on a nearby island. They are occupying it and there is suspicion that they may be planning on invading Loguetown soon enough and the base is understaffed at the moment. Emile will be provided with a crew of fifty men and a marine ship to tackle the issue. An ensign would be the one to deliver the message. "The Slavehold pirates are currently occupying a island 80 miles away and have been staying there. They may be planning an attack, but even if they aren't it would be the best time to capture these criminals. By the order of the superiors, you are to take a ship and fifty marine troops to show them justice. We know this may seem sudden or odd, but the other ensigns and superiors are busy dealing with other pirates trying to cross the grand line. Good luck on your mission, and please make sure that all your provided troops aren't dead in the process. All of your troops will be waiting for you in the main hall." The ensign had then turned to leave as he himself has a similar mission.
Senshi Odayakama had been told to wait in a main hall sort of area as several other marines have been sent to wait for the same reason. She would be sitting with a rifle in her arms as she would clean the barrel nice and neat. She would wonder why so many marines have gathered, but no matter. Surely something exciting will be happening, as she has never been gathered like this with her colleagues. Her blue eyes would scan the room waiting for the higher up to enter and she would strap her gun onto her back ready for anything at this moment...well maybe not anything.
