The Start Of Something Tyrannical Pt1 [PLOT]

Commotion.

A single word to describe the events unfolding around the girl. To others it would merely seem as though she had been ignoring everything, but it was not that simple. She was a very observant person, who accepted all that was occuring wether it was directed at her or not. The first being a comment from Number two, questioning her status within the Creed. Such a comment she felt, would be addressed at another time in an indirect manner. From his provoking tactics Anari concluded that there may eventually be a time to put him in his place. But of course she would have to discover why he had been accepted into the Creed.

Following this would be the emergence of a few more individuals. One of which had caused the "Commotion" that displeased Anari. They were only here for a meeting so it was unnecessary to engage in any conflicts, especially amongst each other. Even still, two members still managed to stir up trouble. In the midst of their bout it was voiced that they were both trying to claim the position of Thirteen. The smaller of the two came out on top, although the result was a hole in the top of her chair, about half a foot from the her head. This caused further disposition in teen. How was she to get along with a person who was that reckless.

Regardless she would do what she signed up for. Which is why the moment Drake had given his speech, Anari commenced with a silent applaud. From former discussions with Drake, Anari knew which sector she would be in charge of.

....Late, Running late

Kisai's systems told her she took too much time being idle downstairs. Something must of went wrong with his internal components somewhere along the stairwell which prevented her from advancing to Olden and then into the meeting room. Oh well, it was over now. The beautiful chunk of metal finally passed Olden who was, at this point, now back outside tending to the defeated Brutis. Kisai gave a quick look over at the situation. His wounds must of be derived from striking the internal organs because he had little outside bruising or injuries.

Regardless, Kisai entered the large meeting room. At this point she entered in the middle of Drake's speech. Hearing words of lost ones, money, and purpose meant very little to Kisai. In fact, Kisai only cared for serving Drake at this point. She was recruited to serve as his personal body guard in a sense. Kisai slowly made her way to her rightful seat and let Drake wrap things up.

Finally at the end of the speech, Kisai looked around at the hush crowd. The beckoning for questions by Drake at the very end alloted nothing, or at least at the very beginning. Kisai kept to herself, she wait to see who would speak and ask the first question for she had none.

OOC: The thread is almost over, just have a few more posts from me. We just need to establish the sectors and also members one through ten. Those are kinda... Needed.

"I guess not." Drake said in response to silence. This meant people either fully understood and where hooked, or they fully understood and didn't buy the idea. Most likely the former. Drake was no, new world leader, but he knew himself to be very persuasive and he planned this thoroughly.

By the end of the day, he'd have enough people to comfortably launch his organization.

"Well then, meeting adjourned. Help yourself to whatever you like as you exit. Final registration will begin tomorrow morning. There you will register for a sector, get your materials, and basic duties." Drake stepped casually off of the stage, walked back to his seat, stood behind it facing the crowd, and said, "Though, could I have numbers twenty and below stay after for a brief moment." Drake paused for a moment, "And Leho, would you mind staying as well." Number one had something he had to get out to them. They were going to be his forerunners after all. He'd need establish before they left who would run what and if these people were even leader material.

It was beginning to slowly empty out. Some people were lingering for the great food and drinks while others lingered to talk about the prospects of this new found idea. Soon the meeting room would be empty save for the few members Drake called to stay.

Who knows what would come out of it.

Ryuzan stood in the crowd, listening very closely yo the man on the stage. As soon as the meeting was dismissed, he stayed rooted to his spot while some of the others retreated for drink or excited conversation.

Shadowed by the black coat, he couldn't help but give a small smile for the eloquent man. It was a well-rounded speech and certainly convinced Ryuzan to stay, if the invitation wasn't delivered well enough to persuade him to join in the first place.

The man's charisma was definitely exceptional and fitting for the leader of a guild like the creed.

Ryuzan watched carefully for a few moments before moving forward a little from his position amidst the other gatherers to the area up front, though noticeably far off to the side.

As soon as most everyone who wasn't 1-20 had seemed to have left the room, Ryuzan decided to discreetly remove his disguise.

Very slowly, Ryuzan removed his coat and took off the helmet and mask.

Now dressed in his normal attire, with his red hair now visible though still keeping to the side of the room, Ryuzan walked up to hear what the man had left to say and what still needed to be addressed.

= "I guess this is where things become important." Ryuzan wondered to himself.

LehohohoPoopoo watched clearly impressed with the display that Ramza had shown. But the question still lingered in his head, was the big guy really number thirteen? or had he been lying? In ether case the man was taken down and the man that had been sitting before, the leader of Creed no doubt, Stood up and seemed to accept him as thirteen. This was good enough for him at least, and seemed to be for everyone else as Drake had olden remove the disturbance from the room. Then had come a motivating and grand speech from their leader. He found himself agreeing with a lot of what he said, thou his reasons were for fame as his Mommy had decided that he should become the best Swordsmen in the world, just as she had decided that he should join the Creed. And if their was one thing Lehohohopoopoo Melstark could be counted on to do right every time it was do what his mother told him too.

After the speech there were no questions so the meeting was adjourned. Numbers one through twenty were asked to stay and the flamboyant French man was about to leave while other stayed for refreshments he wanted to train and sharpen his skills a bit. That was when E~Kard addressed him personally and he nodded. He wondered what the leader wanted him to stay for, but he wouldn't question the man. Soon everyone filtered out of room and only those that had been invited were present in the room.

Legs resting up upon the table, Kamio fiddled with the cigarette in his mouth. He watched silently as members of the Creed filed out of the room, a few members still remained. He looked around, so these were the remaining top twenty in the Creed. Well that and Lehohoho . . . it still puzzled him why would anyone ever accept that idiot into a group such of this. Did they not understand the point of being a bounty hunter, someone such as Melstark would be little help in such a line of work.

Getting up from his seat he moved to the side to obtain refreshments, bringing back a jug of ale he took a large gulp down. The remaining members looked quite dangerous, each in their own way. Though it occured to him that there were definitely more than twenty people in the room so people were still trickling out of the room. Sighing he took a sip of the ale and continued to wait. Maybe if he fell asleep when he reawoke everyone would have left.

Then a thought tingled his mind, why had Lehohoho been requested to stay. He of all people had no skill in real combat, more a trouble to his ally than his enemy there was no reason for him to be around this group of people. Unless, this whole group was a sham, a fake, but then the battling before was so realistic. They couldn't be all so bad and as he eyed others in the room their were quite some prize ladies. He could smell the blood trickling in his nose waiting to squirt out. He held it in by his will alone, he would not embarrass himself here. Maybe later . . .

But no one spoke.

The female android did not even budge when Drake ended the meeting and dismissed everyone. Everyone except those twenty and below and LehohohoPoopoo. Kisai had no use for the refreshments that laid across the side of the room. The only fuel she needed she got on a regular basis so she was, in human terms, full.

Finally after all the lower ranking members exited, Kisai made her way to the table. Having been in operation for such a long time she knew how the female race walked, and so she mimic perfectly. Kisai even thought to add in a personal flair and whisk her hair out of face as she made her way to the table. Sitting comfortably at the table in the seat labeled number six. She relaxed in her chairs taking in those that remained. She'd analyze and record all of them. Their habits, facial expressions, voice, and words.

And Kisai was ready. Having started his programs, she turned looked forward with a smile. One of the very few human habit's she knew how to perfectly display. Legs crossed and hands on he knee, she waited patiently for the leader to speak.

Chase remained against the wall with his arms folded as the leader made his introduction and speech in the start of the meeting. Observing and analyzing the leader and his speech, he discovered that this very building in which he is held is the main base of the Creed Organization.

It was quite simple to figure out that what the leader meant by sector is that their are multiple sectors or also called branches of bases throughout which obtain a specific purpose perhaps which is currently unknown. The Creed is an organization that is based around what people called bounty hunting, which as said by the leader hunting people with a price on their head and turning them in for the reward.

Also, the Creed's main bounties revolve around pirates as stated by the leader. Finally the leader introduced himself as 'Drake Mitibuki also known as E~Kard. Chase Lunar was learning new, useful information by the second as he learned that Drake also known as number one in the organization is from the East Blue. Chase learned that this organization will house ten sectors, in which he had originally figured out himself before Drake had even announced it.

Finally when Drake's speech was over, silence erupted in the room with no response with any questions. Chase's observation skills was highly advance, simply gazing around the room at everyone before looking back at Drake. At the end of the meeting, Drake made it clear that registration will begin tomorrow in which materials and duties will be assigned as well as announcing that numbers twenty and below remain afterward.

Moments later, fellow of the higher members began to disperse from the room as it slowly emptied out. What Chase had on his mind was what was the purpose or goal of this organization, or directly what is the goal of Drake Mitibaku. What was his reason for forming this organization but it was be clearly observed that he would not recieve his answer directly even if asked.

Whatever Drake's purpose was, he knew that this organization wasnt gonna use him but rather he was gonna use the organization to reach his own goal and achieve his own dreams. Growing more impatient, Chase just wanted to get to the point of this meeting but shrugged it off as his arms remained frozen in motion as his eyes rested upon Drake so listen to what he had to say.

The start of the meeting was just a dull and boring as the ending of it but Poot understood what Drake was throwing at them and was fully up for the challenge. The only thing that bothered him was the fact that he would want numbers twenty and below to stay for another brief and boring speech. Hopefully it would be brief as he said he wanted to get back toward what he wanted to turn into a conflict with Anari. Being ignored by Anari wasn't something he was going to sit for so easily or being ignored in general. " Ummm Bitch! I know you hear me talking to you or are you deaf as well as stupid looking " This time leaning over the sidearm of the chair while speaking to her loud and clear. He so desperately wanted Anari to make a move if anything say something back so Poot could make the first move. He was messing with he because he knew she had potential and wanted to taste her potential against his willful might. Poot just wanted a spar with her or if it happened to progress a battle to the death. There was just something about her that made Poot want to smash her face into the ground. Probably the youngest person her and by far the most violent Poot knew that most of the people here would either give him a challenge or get crushed by his might. Time would tell and it would also tell his place among Creed but for now Poot wanted blood and Anari being the closet and best fit to give him a challenge she was chosen. Poot was young and dumb which was the reason why he got into the mess he did but throughout it all he loved every bit of it.

Like many of the others in the room who had the luck to be given a number in the range that had just been called, Victoria kept in her seat and leaned back a little, stretching her arms over her head before bringing them together on the table, staring at her glass of water. More and more, the whole organization was seeming schizophrenic in it's professionalism and it's skill, though she was keeping her judgments to herself. It was a lovely cast of characters though.

There was a multicolored man with an interesting sense of speaking and fashion, some other woman who smiled like someone her age would, though the way she held herself and moved seemed off a little (it was probably none of her business anyway). Two others were off arguing with each other, though one was louder than the other, making the whole issue seem a tad one sided. She ventured a guess that a lot of them were the smug type, but then again she hadn't actually talked to them. She could only sit and listen to the discussions among the other members, everything seemed like a serious, dysfunctional grouping of people.

Maybe this whole thing was a mistake, but if they had the resources, she wanted them. Victoria absolutely hated people who took everything so seriously, she had dealt with them before. Full of themselves, no sense of humor, all work and no play, etc. She had known a few in her childhood, and she had certainly worked with a few recently and even a few years back while she was still with her husband. If that's what it took to get what she wanted, she'd have to deal with people like this. One thing was for sure though, she'd was at least going to try to get some of them to lighten up. Particularly those that would be working with her closely.

The room finally empty, save for the few that were called to stay. Drake looked over his crew of misfits. A few kids and a few adults, all of which were great at what they did. Their main reason for being here today and in this room.

In The Creed.

"So, lets not waste time and get to business and then fun." His cripplingly red eyes being a testament to his tiredness. Though he spoke as if he were more a live than many of those sitting, standing here. "Could I have anyone who is standing to please take a seat where one is available." He said speaking explicitly to those whose numbers were above 10. "As I said before we have ten sectors that need to be headed. Right now we have less than ten people who can do it. So here I offer the choice to some of you to step up and a sector head. Though, before we do that let me tell you all what the ten are." Drake took a quick pause,

"We have: Research and Development, Internal Affairs, Covert ops/Stealth, External Affairs, Medical, International Affairs, Combat Research, Communications and Transportation, Record - Keeping, and Upkeep and Management. This last sector, I'll be taking for myself and you happen to be standing in it.

You don't have to decide right now. It's a very tough decision and will ultimately decide your role within this organization.

I do, however, need to know by tomorrow. So you guys can leave and think about it and those of you who wish to fill a seat that isn't taken you also have by tomorrow to let me know.

Really, that's all I have for you guys. I don't know if any of you are into that this sort of thing but there is a party being thrown later tonight at larger inn not to far from here and all Creed members are invited. That's all. If you have any questions feel free to ask if not ya'll can leave and go about your way." Drake had something to take care of immediately after his comrades left this room but he'd allocate as much time as necessary to quench their thirst for questions or conversation.

And finally the meeting was concluded. A lot was lifted off of Drake's shoulders at the conclusion of this gathering. He had finally established his guild and now all that was left to do was, progress.

OOC: This meeting is now officially over. You guys can either stay and ask questions, mingle, chat, or stop posting all together. But we're done.
