"Joining your crew? I would be honored of course. But first I have a small bit of business to finish with the Rouge Pirates."
Law made no attempt to hide his satisfaction, but his inviting smile faltered the slightest when she mentioned 'Rogue'. Now where have I heard that before? Law's thought process was immediately tripped off when Joshua asked whether or not the nurse was his girlfriend or mistress. A gunshot blocked the sound of the proper introduction Law was about to provide, turning their heads back to the sight of the terrorist-acting officer.
Law showed little interest, but Joshua was burning with rage toward his hypocrisy. "What!? How can you say that when you killed innocent lives like they were bugs. I'll kill you!" Stonewall obviously noticed him, but soon directed his attention toward someone with a rather higher bounty. "Well, look who decided to grace us with his presence," Stonewall sardonically remarked. "Right back atcha sheriff," Law retorted with an equally mocking response.
"Law do you have a plan?" Joshua requested. Law was a bit confused by this question after Joshua's apparent declaration of bravado, as Joshua looked like he was going to bust out his nail gun. He was having a hard time getting to know what kind of man Joshua was, especially after his previously uncalled-for inquiry. "You've got an unusual personality, showing courage but relying on others." While Law wasn't the type to readily depend on someone without knowing their potential, Law meant this in a good way, in that Joshua didn't seem to act based on impulse alone, or at least so far.
"Fine. Lushia and Joshua: Disarm them with your ranged abilities but leave the bombs to me." He didn't know much about the bombs, but he figured the supporting soldiers would depend on guns to avoid explosions. Once they do that, Stonewall won't be able to support his soldiers, unless they want to run in with swords while he's throwing bombs. Glancing left and right, Law took in the environment with precise spatial memory. The town square had a water fountain, decorative pillars, and several bombs, each with explosive power they couldn't afford to underestimate. I don't have a lot to work with considering the previous explosion, but I might still find a way to enjoy this.
"Room"
The air turned blue, as bystanders' faces watched on turning pale. Law split a nearby pillar into three, each thick enough to serve as a potential floating shield for either Lushia, Joshua, or Law himself since he couldn't move, but not in anyone's way. The marine soldiers weren't going to sit still forever, and advanced forward, meaning that the trio wold have to work quickly.
