A wave of Marines rushed forward, full of vim after their Captain's short speech of inspiration, brandishing cutlasses that had likely never been drawn for combat before. Harley leaned forward as she charged, stretching both arms out to the side and bending them - and then that sound of grating stone finished, her torso and arms taking on the look of solid stone. "GRANITE..."!
The two opposing forces converged - the big stone brute cut through the center of the group of Marines, her outstretched arms catching those who weren't simply trampled with a sickening crack. "PUNK!" Harley came to a dead stop, allowing her momentum to send the dozen or so Marines she'd caught in the assault flying backward.
Those who hadn't been caught in the trample and tackle maneuver lost their nerve, nervously backing away from the woman as she stood back up to her full height. A handful outright dropped their weapons, though none were so stupid as to outright turn their backs and flee - at least not yet. Harley turned about, looking for any who seemed like they'd be worth beating down, her grin fading as the apparent lack of worthy opposition became clear."Ahem. I believe I heard the little one refer to you as 'Harley' - was that right?"
She spun about, that wild grin reappearing at the sight of the large fishman walking her way. Henzigger stopped as she noticed him, taking a brief moment to readjust his cracked sunglasses, and then quietly dropped into a fighting stance. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am-"
His sentence was cut off as Harley cleared the distance between them, throwing a punch for the man's chest. Henzigger didn't react, other than to throw one hand up to catch the blow against his palm, and then gripped down on it before Harley could pull back. He sighed as he slowly twisted the woman's arm around. "As I was saying, I am Henzigger. My master has given me the order to deal with you. So, how are we doing this? The hard way - or the harder way?"
The arm the fishman had been twisting around suddenly stopped, though the two remained locked in that spot. Henzigger raised a brow as his obscured vision caught something interesting behind Harley - the dark-haired woman wearing the jacket of a Marine, the one called Volley, was slowly unsheathing her blade as she stepped toward them. "Excuse me... If the two of you could stop fighting for a moment...?"
"Which way is gonna be more fun?" Harley answered the man finally, though she completely ignored the meek Marine in doing so. "Because you seem like you know how to party."
"So you're just crazy." Henzigger gave another drawn-out sigh. "Then I'll make this qui-" Another sentence cut off as he brought his other hand up to catch Harley's second fist, twisting that arm to the side as well; the man's face contorted in irritation at being interrupted again. "Really? Is that all you've-"
The muscles in Henzigger's enlarged forearms bulged with sudden strain, and the ground under his dress shoes began to crack under the force of Harley pushing both arms down on him. Her arms were stony again, growing larger and heavier, as rocky fingers interlaced with Henzigger's own. His arms were forced over his head as she continued to push him into the earth, the distance between their eye level growing by the moment.
Behind Harley's back, Volley finally fully unsheathed her blade, taking the cutlass in a two-handed grip. "M-Miss! Unhand that man! That is an order!" The blade trembled for a moment, and then stopped with the final word; the Ensign had found some measure of confidence. "If you continue to fight, after the Captain's order, I'll-"
"You'll what?" From across the way, yet another figure had appeared - an androgynous figure with long, black hair, tied back in a ponytail, wearing a rather striking long coat. They sat there on a piece of rubble, one visible eye fixed on Volley, while one hand held the hilt of a katana and the other gripped its sheath. "You'll cut her with that sloppy grip? No, I don't think you will."
The figure dropped from their seat, heavy booted feet planting themselves on the ground below and raised their head and still-sheathed blade toward Harley. "So, what, you guys are criminals or something?" They continued to walk toward Volley, even as their sheathed blade dropped down to their side and their right hand took the hilt. "You know, I was going to complain, but hey, I can work with that. Hey, Marine lady, if you're going to draw a sword, then you best be prepared to use it!"
Harley didn't so much as glance at the figure as they passed by her - but her grin grew. "Sayuri?"
"..." The figure paused, and then gave a short laugh. "Heh! Yeah... Figures it'd be you idiots causing a literal natural disaster. Sorry it took me so long to track you down."
